The hotel is a bit small, but is well appointed with recent-ish decorations and furnishings, an indoor pool, and an average breakfast service. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean. Of particular interest is that it appears to have always been a smoke-free establishment, either that or they spent a lot of money to decontaminate the rooms prior to becoming one.

It is very clean and friendly. I wish the driveway entrance had been brighter at corners - reflectors or similar. I missed where to turn as so tiny, even though road sign pole is huge. Not a problem, as little traffic. It was a great "on my way to" stop. There is no elevator - that should be mentioned on the website. I did know to ask, as only 2 floors. I will be staying again on my way to family.

So far so good. Room is nice and clean. Beds are comfy and clean. Pool area had some mess from previous guest but was in good shape. Hot tub had dirt lying in the bottom. Hall areas where okay and water is nice and Hott!! Front desk attendant was nice and very helpful.

Clean, cozy, and conveniently located right off the highway! We have stayed here numerous times and love it. The hotel is also less than five minutes away from restaurants, and shopping which makes things easy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

My original review follows these comments: After the review was posted, the management contacted me to determine more accurately what the issues were, and has apologized and sent me a certificate to use on another stay. Management was sincere and I believe wants to provide a good stay, so we will stay again next year. Stay tuned!

Second year staying here for the Fall Carlise car show/flea market. It's about a 20 minute drive but the price is very competitive and the staff has always been very guest oriented and helpful. I would recommend it to family and friends.

Worth the extra time it may take to get there. Room comfortable, pool and hot tub very enjoyable. Price very reasonable. Staff familiar with locale and helpful with dinning recomendations

Rooms were incredibly small. Making a reservation over the phone was frustrating. Once I arrived, I found that the staff is SUPER friendly. I expressed my reservation frustrations to which there was an apology. They stated most likely that individual is no longer employed by them. My stay was pleasant and quiet.

Great breakfast with many diet options available. Friendly staff. Clean room. Nice pool and hot tub area. Small gym area but equipment was up to date. Will return when in the area.

I like this hotels location as it is halfway between my home and my mother's home. Was a little disappointed this time because the toilet was clogged and the breakfast coffee was weak. The spa was as good as always. Will continue to stay here in the future but am hoping for better results.

Hotel is dated and room I had smelled like a smokers room. Bed is hard and pillows are old with no fluff to them. Breakfast starts a 0530 am so that is a nice bonus. Just basics and hot items like sausage and eggs. Not one of the better Best Westerns I stayed at. There are better options right across the street.

A nice surprise! For the money, you can't beat this hotel. Pet-friendly with a very reasonable rate. Check-in was easy, and the young man at the front desk was pleasant. Outside of the hotel is clean, and the rooms are very clean as well. Beds were surprisingly comfortable! Pool area was well maintained and a nice added bonus. Breakfast was decent, did the trick. Would definitely stay again.
