Dirty carpeting, room and beds smell of urine and cigarettes, pillows are old and stained, bedding has cigarette burns and sheets and pillow cases are worn thin and unmatched. Really disappointed as we hoped to get a good nights rest while in a road trip.

We were road weary and needed a place at four AM to get off the interstate with our two dogs. The front desk was very polite. Not very tidy, but anyone expecting luxury accommodations at 45$ a night need a reality check!

This place is terrible. Now known as Mayfield Inn. Wifi is terrible and slow. Bed bug excrement was on the sheet in morning (brown streaks). It was not there when I went to bed. When I complained to people working there they were extremely rude and nasty about it. I will complain to local authorities about this situation. Place is dirty. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

My husband, children and I paid $49.94 for a 2 bed room on 3/3/2016. I got the key and drove around to our door. My husband walked in to use the restroom and came back out to the car to help me carry our bags in. I walked in to a poorly lit room, the lamp in the corner was broken and did not provide much light at all. The room also smelled of stale cigarette smoke (I requested a non smoking room) I pulled back the covers and there were mouse feces along with a LIVE bed bug. We packed the car back up and drove around to the office where my husband went inside to request a refund. They told my husband that they were sorry the room was not clean and that they would not charge our credit card. Today I checked my bank account online and the hotel charged our card yesterday (3/7/16). I've tried calling them 4 times and nobody answers the phone.

This hotel was just right for the price. The rooms were dated and a bit worn, but very clean and totally odorless. We had no problems with the bathroom facilities at all, and were warm and comfortable for our overnight stay. It was exactly what we were looking for in an overnight stop on a long drive down Rt 80.

Clean rooms, super friendly and helpful staff and great price!
Pulled in off I80 and the staff was so great. Got a great rate, friendly service and clean room. Came with fridge and microwave. Kids enjoyed the pool too. I would stop here again and recommend to family and friends! Thanks for the great night!response / report this review
