Not much to look at on the outside, but the room was GREAT. MUCH NICER than many name brand hotels. Service was excellent!

An awesome stay. I stayed for 4 nights. I do a lot of traveling and am normally a name brand picker. But there wasn't anything close to the location i was working at so I chose the Lake Inn in Ebenburg. They upgraded me to a King at no extra cost. The restaurant is nice, cozy and clean. They offered a breakfast option which was wonderful. Full bar with karaoke, games and will start to have some online gambling soon hopefully! Beautiful area with a lake across the road. Nicely upgraded and the new owner is so nice! I'll recommend over name brand hotels any day. They deserve better than 2 stars. In all it was clean, updated and affordable.

Clean little motel. Connected to a good bar and restaurant. Good location if you're exploring the eastern side of the Ghost Town Rail Trail.

Walked in didn't like the room. Tried to cancel to go somewhere better wouldnt work with me or even just Charge me a cancellation fee. Man behind the office desk. With a dog that barks at you when you walk in. I highly recommend not going here and go somewhere else. POS.

We have tried the restaurant a few times. The first was ok but the second two times it just went from bad to worse. After this last time we will not go back. My husband and brother got a pizza that was so well done it was burned. We asked to take it back and get another and were told to "just try it" rather than them making us another. It also was a meat lovers pizza but had NO FLAVOR at all
My daughter had a buffalo chicken wrap that smelled like chemicals, like kitchen or bathroom cleaner.
I had the grilled chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans.the two tiny pieces of chicken were so over done i couldn't chew them. The "mashed potatoes" was actually just a peeled and boiled potatoe smashed on my plate. No butter or salt or milk. It was literally just a smashed up, unseasoned potatoe. Gravy never came with my dinner bc they had to make freshwhy didn't you do that when making my dinner? My dinner rolls came out after we were done with our mealsoh and I asked for house italian dressing for my salad but was given something that appeared to be thousand island and blue cheese dressings mixedto top it all off, our server was stoned out of her mind.we will not return

Second time at this restaurant. Last year just after opening under new management. Food was limited but good. Service good. A few days ago we stopped back in for lunch and sat in the back room to get a regular table. Some clean up going on after a lunch meeting for a civic group. Waitress got our drinks and our food order. Food took awhile but not too long.

My husband ordered bacon cheeseburger. After several bites ,he said I don't taste any bacon and had to get up to get the Waitress. There was a discussion and my husband asked for more bacon because he still had not found or tasted any.

The Waitress did I saw the Cook cook the bacon and argued the point. Bottom line ,he had ordered more bacon.

She headed back too the bar area and we could hear her make a big production reference the request for more bacon. It was so loud everyone else in the place could hear. She eventually brought the extra bacon. A few minutes later the bar tender came back and said " the Waitress said she say bacon on the sandwich and that we extra bacon ( 1 and 1/2) places would be $2.99.

First what we order is not for publication to the world. Second my husband ordered extra bacon because the serving size of 1 and 1/2 places was not enough since he could not taste it and he had to take it apart 3 time's to find it.

All in all a very bad experience. What ever happened to the customer is always right?

We are here for the summer and eat out all the time. Most good places at least 6 or 7 times.

This time touch drama even though the food was. Ok. Definitely won't be back. Suggest more training for staff.

We had an amazing experience at Lake Inn! Customer service was awesome and we got to enjoy our stay! The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! No complaints at all. Thank you! ~John
