Lovely suite. Clean hotel. Nice staff. Pedestrian coffee but drinkable. Will do it again if in the area.

Not a good experience thrown in the handicap room with no Kleenex. After reserving the room a couple weeks before. Had to call down for Kleenex. Other than that the room was clean and the beds had three pillows each on two queen mats not bad either. Breakfast is only till 9:30. Right across from the casino if you wanted to donate some money. They did offer a 24-hour shuttle service which was nice too. Slots are very tight over there not much credits back to play with but it does have a nice restaurant upstairs with live bands some nights . And good food with a nice menu to choose from.

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was rude. One person told me to take a breath and calm down when I complained about room. Another told me they are not there to handle complaints.

I can't believe such a nice hotel cost less than seventy bucks. Nice room with comfy and *firm* king size bed, microwave, fridge, coffee, safe, ironing board, multiple power outlets on night stands on both sides of bed, great WiFi, clean, spacious, and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast included waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and the other standard stuff. There's always hot coffee in the lobby, which is a big full hotel lobby with couches etc. There's a 24hr shuttle to the casino, which I'm guessing is why this place is so cheap. We just stopped here while driving from Wisconsin to New York. The only downside is the walls are a bit thin, we could hear our neighbors pretty clearly. Thankfully they went to sleep early. The hotel has a policy of quiet after 10:30 pm.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable and all of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was kept up and seemed more like new construction. Cons: The elevator bell is loud. Seems silly, but four rooms away and it sounded like it was right outside our door. Also, this hotel has adjoining rooms. Great for groups, but it isn't sound proofed well, we were able to hear the neighbors conversations rather clearly, and they weren't shouting. I would still stay here again, overall it was a good deal and it was nice to have a clean smoke free room that really was smoke free

Rooms are nice and clean. Not too noisy. Housekeeping could have been better. We left something in our room. We called when we realized it an hour later and we're told the head Housekeeper went home for the day and she was the only one that help. So we left her a voicemail. It's been almost 3 days and no news.

Very nice clean hotel with a professional friendly staff. Quiet hotel expect when a few loud trucks roll through the gas station across the street. Average breakfast but always good to save time with the full breakfast offered by the hotel. We would stay here again. Rooms are large with plenty of room to relax.

We rented one king room and a double queen room. The king had a glass shower door while the queen had a curtain. Both rooms were quite humid upon arrival and the thermostat appears to have a 5° temperature tolerance while most household devices have 2-3°. Beds were decently comfortable, the rooms were very clean, and the hotel staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was included, which I would rate 3/5 on food selection and a 4/5 on quality of provided food.

Great location, across from Presque Isle Downs Casino and convenient to zoo and other attractions. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Standard breakfast buffet included . (I did not partake but people seemed satisfied.)I would return if in area again.

Located a few blocks off I90, the hotel is 20 minutes from Presque Isle, directly across the casino. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and professional. Free breakfast including waffles, sausage, yogurt, bagels, cereal, muffins and toast. Small business center. Several nearby restaurants. Nice place. Wish it had a pool, but Lake Erie is a short drive away.

We stay here every year! I love it and the breakfast is always good, the staff is super friendly too. Only downfall is the gym is super small and they don't have a pool. The beds are super super hard! I get used to it after awhile but they are really hard. The rooms are nice!

initial impression of the Baymont Hotel is that The lobby and other parts of the hotel like the hallway and common areas were really clean and well kept. The room was also very clean and the refrigerator was nice and cool ready to keep whatever is needed cold, as opposed to some other hotels that have the refrigerator is turned off for Energy Efficiency reasons. After being in my room for about 5 minutes the front desk call bedroom to make sure that everything was meeting my initials expectations. This caught me off guard at first because this isn't what I expected from a hotel. However, this was not a bad thing and was good to know they were concerned about my initial impressions of the hotel. As they say a first impression is everything is everything. My overall experience was really good at Baymont and I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
