Very clean and updated rooms. The staff were very informative, professional and welcoming. The rooms and lobby is updated and neat. They offer a daily hot breakfast with a waffle bar. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely reccomened this hotel.
The room was pretty good but dark. The overall hotel was almost great but needs that little "something" to get it there. Happy but it could use a little work
Simple room and convenient place to stay for the night before flying back home, close to both downtown and the airport without being right in the midst of it. Room was nice, breakfast was good and the place seemed quiet. Overall a nice place to spend the night.
This was definitely the best hotel we have stayed in over the last couple of years on our trips to family gatherings in the area. We particularly appreciated the small microwave in the room, we are big pop corn eaters watching TV in the evening (the other places we have stayed at on this long trip did not offer one). The staff was extremely friendly and courteous and helpful and interested in our staying there. Highly recommend this hotel, and I did when I attended the meeting in Rochester later that morning (11/6/17).
We stayed at Best Western Rochester Market Place Inn and were pleasantly surprised. Room was clean with well stocked linens and towels. Check in and check was well handled by the reception. Breakfast included both cold and hot items with fruits. Will definitely recommend for over night stays.
We stayed at two Best Western Hotels during a recent vacation. The first one we made a reservation ahead of time because of Best Western's reputation for best value for the money and the second one we stayed in was a walk-in check-in because we had had such a positive experience the first time. Loved the free breakfasts in the morning.
Standard motel lodging at an excellent price. Bed and room were comfortable and had all the necessary furniture, and the internet worked well. Did not eat breakfast there, as we were invited out for breakfast.
Excellent facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice rooms. Loved the shower. Nice location. We would definitely stay there again.
Terrible booking problems. We had gotten in at midnight only to find out that they booked our room to someone else and we were supposed to have a 4 night stay, so instead of putting us in our original room, they downgraded us and are made us switch rooms the next day. Would not recommend.
Apparently this location has had a pretty huge renovation. I never stayed here before, but currently it's very clean & current looking— I'm as happy with this spot as the Hampton Inns that were my previous 'value priced' choice.
The front desk staff helped me with a room upgrade (I have the BW Club & they also will match your level with other hotel affinity programs, which is great).
Free, cold water bottles in the lobby is terrific new idea. Coffee always on tap & good full breakfast adds value. Fridge and microwave in the room is so convenient. I've had no complaints after my first two stays at this location and will choose them again as my #1 choice in Rochester at this price level.
The hotel was very easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well supplied. Hotel was clean.
Easy check in and check out. Staff was very friendly and room was very clean with everything I could need for a long stay. Loved that they had a shuttle to the airport that was right on time when we needed to go. Only issues we had was the small shampoo and conditioner bottles available in the room and there were not any extras. Also, wish there was more of a selection at breakfast. Other then that, I would definitely stay there again if I go back.
I absolutely loved my stay with best western! The entire favility was super clean and looked amazing! All of the staff we came across greeted us and made us feel so welcome! The rooms are cozy and comfortable. I love that they provided us with things we can do around town and places to order from with their menus. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff was so friendly and helped us carry our food to our room since we were juggling to children. I would stay there again if needed!
All in all I had a great stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I couldn't access the internet in my room. The juice machine was broken during breakfast. The doors are quite loud when the close. Other than those mild inconveniences, I had a great time and would definitely come back!
This is our go-to hotel in Rochester, have stayed here many times and always get excellent service. Beds are comfortable, linens clean and fresh, water pressure good, housekeeping does a nice job. They've just completed a renovation so everything is new and updated. Location is in a commercial district, within a mile of a large mall, many stores and restaurants. Good spots for food, drink and entertainment within a two-mile radius: Sticky Lips barbecue (next door), Lovin' Cup Brews & Bistro (2 miles west in the Park Point Complex), Haveli Indian cuisine (around the corner of rt 15Aor just walk diagonally from the back parking lot.)
