Busy location with lots of chain restaurants -- something for everyone. Easy access to the thruway. Pleasant rooms. Recently remodeled apparently. Good, free breakfast with lots of options. Refreshments also available in lobby, including cookies, cheese, and coffee.

Their pool and gym are both open from 6am-12am, which is perfect for guests who get back to the hotel later at night. The water was heated, too! Towels were promptly replaced in rooms, though I wasnt a fan of the sink/wash area being outside the bathroom. They also don't have spare cots, so if you want to squeeze 3 people in a room, bring a sleeping bag! But thats just a few discomforts in exchange for a great breakfast, fast WiFi, amazing pool services, and no noise complaints from neighbors about my friends and I laughing at 1am!

What a great staff! I needed to be close to Strong Memorial Hospital for 10 days. The location is wonderful. Once I mentioned I would need to stay longer and why, they adjusted my rate because they partner with the hospital. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. Again, the staff is great!

The hotel is dated and fairly noisy. Musty smell in the room. In definite need of rennovation and updating.
The bath tub wasn't cleaned properly and when we reported it to the staff there was no apology, although, they did send a cleaner promptly.
The room we had was small and cramped, there was not much space to put our suitcases and had to keep stepping over them.
The breakfast was not good, with cheap produce, served on styrofoam plates.

Bed was not well dressed. The fitted sheet was much too small for the king sized bed, and the pillows we're about the size of half a pillow each, they were very small. Consierge service was very good, especially for a midnight check-in. The complimentary breakfast was decent, but the options were very limited, since I can't eat gluten or milk. Room was nice, comfortable, and suited me well.

This Country Inn & Suites location is convenient to Brighton, Henrietta, the Rochester International Airport and the Southwest side of the city of Rochester. The staff is all incredibly helpful and welcoming at every interaction. The 2 Queen bed room we had was showing some age but clean. Breakfast was kind of sparse but did the trick. There was sausage and eggs, oatmeal, waffles to be made, some fruit, breakfast bread assortment, some milk cartons, orange juice, lemonade, coffee, tea, apple juice and a few other things. I'd wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We didn't visit the pool or fitness facilities, so I can't offer a review on those items.

Bed was comfy. Room was clean. However tub broke and when I went to report it no one was at the front desk. When I went down later they were there and when I reported it they said they'd get someone to fix it. I left for the day when I got back it seem to be fixed, unfortunately it broke again. When I reported it the second time the person at the desk was very helpful! Other person not so much. Otherwise no major complaints.

My biggest problem is with the bathroom--it's way too small, and the sink is outside. But for its price, it's a nice place. Comfortable and clean with an indoor pool and fitness area.

The service is good, the personal is very friendly and the rooms are clean, a little bit outdated furniture but nothing that is uncomfortable. The breakfast is included and is a decent variety my only complaint about is that the bagels and the English muffins were a little bit hard. But the service overall was amazing!
