Was disappointed about pool and hot tub my kids was really looking forward to swimming website should not say pool since the sign say it been down since December..front desk clerk was nice and helpful hotel overall was clean and well presented. Rooms was a nice size

Place is quiet and clean. Rooms are large and furnished adequately. Located just a short drive from several restaurants and taverns. Staff were friendly and helpful

The place was fine until they decided to book the room we were in due to a power outage that effected just about all of Monroe County. Rick the man at the desk showed no compassion or logic when he decided to move us out of a room we could afford to a more expensive room even before check out. Then I heard him tell my daughter that " oh you think your going to stay in that room"! He was very unprofessional and couldn't seem to pick up the phone and call the manager who told us he would make surethe room was held for us!

Very distraught and upset that the did not even make a effort. We had are 2 year old grand child with us and myself being handicapped didn't seem to make a clear conscious decision for Rick.

Great for families. Breakfast is included and its pretty good. There is coffee and tea available at the reception 24/7. Good pool. Lots of kids in the hotel which is nice if you're travelling with your kids- then yours aren't the only ones creating all the noise. The rooms are basic but nothing to complain about. I would stay here again if i returned to Rochester.

I switched my reservation from the Best Western closer to Rochester city area to here and I am so glad I did. I loved the more country like setting, surrounded by trees rather than various businesses. Very nice and clean room. Wonderful staff and yummy breakfast. Would stay here again!!
