PLEASE READ. BEFORE YOU STAY 12/24/2017

If i could give this place negative stars I would. Housekeeping didn't do their job properly and when we asked them to they threw a fit and started trying to cause problems, saying we were smoking in the bathroom (untrue) and talking about us in the wide open in a rude manor. They also threw away things of ours such as an infants swim pants. Then there was a problem with sewage to the point where all along the back wall was covered in water and the tub was having sewage water come up out of the drain and filling it. Our last night being there after having this sewage problem and having to move rooms, they come to us at 3:45am and try saying we didn't pay for our stay here this last night. Completely untrue, we paid the day before at around 8pm. Some of the staff was so nice but they were outweighed by how awful our stay was. Like I said if I could I would give this place negative stars. Never would I stay here again.

That’s what my wife wrote there was just so much more that was wrong, I tried so hard not to complain but every night there was some kind of issue. Something was always wrong and after the first night we had paid cash to stay. Tonight toped it off tho with what would have been them waking us up to tell us we didn’t pay to be here at 3:30 in the am( even tho we did thank goodness there’s cameras everywhere) after we had to switch rooms because of the sewage that was everywhere in the bathroom and supposedly the big manager here and he couldn’t say a word to us a apologize a hey it’s are fault or something. I wouldn’t even take another night for free maybe to be refunded for those nights that we had a issue with them but that wouldn’t be fair to best western cause a stay for two weeks we would have only paid the first day the rest would be free. My blood is boiling rite now that they would do this at 3:30 am they would have kicked my soon to be wife our one and a half ye old and four month old and myself out with out going through and looking for them selfs. It’s a wonderful hotel and there really is good employees here I wish I wasn’t so bad with names cause I would praise them rite now for doing there job and knowing what they needed to do and most of them are new but the three or four that have made this a bad stay ruined it for everyone. My name is Cameron Nunnally and I live in Sebastian. Find me on Facebook or whatever I will sshare with you more if you want . It’s a great hotel just bad higher up employees and that’s sad

Nice place to stay that is pet friendly. They just finished a remodel of hotel.Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again. Breakfast was ok, just the basic. The only complaint we had was the tub was slippery. Both of us almost fell taking a shower.

Staff is unbelievably great. Went out of their way to help us with an extremely early check in. Unfortunately, the guests before me had totally trashed the room and it took the cleaning crew over 3 hours to get it cleaned. Room I got was large and comfortable 2-bedroom suite, the AC worked great. I didn't give this a 5-star rating because the smoking area is literally right in front of the entrance - as a non smoker, this will make me look for a different hotel next time but if you don't mind this as much as I do, go for it, you won't regret it.

Danielle was extremely helpful in setting up my 89 yr old mother so she was located close to my room and she helped my brother get room on a spur of the moment request. Shannon in the breakfast room was very sweet and helpful when I brought my mother down for breakfast each morning. I don't remember everyone's name but I thank them all for their helpfulness and friendliness even the construction workers during the renovations.

We had nice stay. The 3rd floor is newly renovated and comfortable. They are still working on 1&2. The breakfast was fulfilling. No complaints here.

My husband, I & our 2 dogs have stayed here many, many times & have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are immaculate, & the beds are absolutely to die for!! They are the most comfortable beds either of us have ever slept in in all of forty some years. I could not say enough about their above 5 star accommodations.

All was excellent for this hotel except when I got the bill and discovered I was charged $30 for wash clothes that were used to take off makeup. Word to the wise nothing was said they charge a dollar fifty per washcloth and $5 for a hand towel if you take your makeup off. Ridiculous will never stay there again

There was Construction in the floor above our room. The noise was very loud then in the afternoon the fire alarm went off repeatedly for almost an hour. This alarm was loud enough to damage hearing This is unacceptable in a hotel where you pay to get rest

The stay was horrible. The rooms smelled horrible. There were dogs running and barking on our floor also downstairs. They tried to bite one grandson and chased another. I thought there was a dog policy. I smelled smoking on the second floor evening and am. My health Vandates no smoke. There was smoking and dogs at the entranceway making it almost to enter the hotel. The only thing nice about our stay was John at the front desk. He was very accommodating.
