Damein and Lazina here, self proclaimed online critics.
This is my second visit to this hotel and I absolutely love this place! The people who work there (Dany, Samantha, Crystal) are so full of positive vibes and they are very courteous and friendly. The rooms are clean and fabulous. View is gorgeous. We will continue to come back (the complimentary wine and champagne bottles surely helped a lot! Lol). This place is a great spot for anyone of any age to enjoy themselves.

We had our wedding ceremony here and it was beautiful! Exactly what we had envisioned! Nikki and Courtney (and the rest of the staff) are fabulous. The food was delicious and everything went so smoothly. Nikki and team took care of all the details, which allowed us to really focus on and enjoy our day because we knew everything was in good hands. We stayed for three nights and ALL of our guests raved about the resort. It was a great weekend! Highly recommend this venue! We're already making plans to go back to celebrate our anniversary.

Fleas. My mom and her friend stayed 6/29 and due to this being pet friendly hotel, the room had fleas. Woke up with bites on leg. They were not allowed entry until 4, and smelled something chemical upon entry, which we now surmise was a flea bomb lingering. They were only refunded the resort fee, and even though they were on the 4th floor, hotel worker tried to imply it was sand fleas. Nope, not buying that line. Full refund should have been issued, really expect more from Klimpton.

Nice location and beautiful hotel. Understaffed at beachfront dining can lend to hour long wait for food and inadequate service. Check-in was late well beyond published time and seems service has declined considerably over past year. If you don't mind chasing after service such as servers at beachfront dining and staff at beach and pool then this place is fine albeit a bit expensive.
