Nice room but they charge for safes that aren't even in the room and won't refund when asked

Where do I begin the room smelled. Pillows were terrible. Holes in the bathroom ceiling, above the toilet. Some lights in the room not working. Deadbolt wouldn't lock. Slow service at the desk. And the fridge wouldn't keep anything cold. BUT, the a/c worked fine.

A clean room for a decent price. Location is easy to find. They serve a free breakfast from 6-9:30 AM

Overall not bad. Outside looks a little questionable for safety. Beds were comfy. A roach was on the table but I killed it. It happens. Room was clean.

The room was ok for a 2 star hotel. There weren’t any other one hotels in the area available so we stayed here. However on the second night we found a TICK on the headboard and took it to the office staff and did nothing but apologized and offered to change our room. I’m ok with being pet friendly but if you are pet friendly you need to test the rooms for infestation. Also when people find bugs into their room like roaches and ticks you need to come the room. That’s disgusting!! Also, some rooms are smoking rooms and the smell comes through the walls.

Expected a microwave as that's what I paid for (even says so on recipt) but NO. Clean but close to heavily traveled roads so had noise at night. 20 minutes to the beach but easy drive. Good if you get a good price.

Stayed here for Hurricane Irma.Worst motel I ever stayed in. All rooms facing east had water dripping from the ceiling . Water leaking from the front door. We had to move the beds so we wouldn't get dripped on.I know it was a hurricane but checking with friends who stayed close by in other motels experienced none of the problems.we did. BTW I don't want to forget the filthy carpets and the stench of pets. Don't ever think of staying here.

This is absolutely the WORSE roach infested RAT HOLE you can possibly imagine..We were forced to stay here due to the hurricane as ALL hotels were booked as we RAN from the west coast..HORRIBLE IS THE ONLY WORD TO EXPRESS ABOUT THIS PLACE run by people from Indua. As I complained about bugs and had to go to the desk to get RAID, then our coffee pot gad solid mold that smelled up the room when my husband noticed it, along with a massive hole in the couch, I was told by the managers if I didn't like it I could leave and would give me my money back before 11 but we are in the heat of this hurricane. This place should be condemned and I certainly along with the guest a few doors down who found drug paraphernalia and a condom in her drawer..I fully plan on going to the Better Business Bureau and chamber of commerce with this hotel..

We stay here every year. The rooms are nice because they are remodeling but our phone and dead bolt didn't work. First time that we ever saw bugs. The evening staff was no help with the phone. The morning desk person said they are authorized to do anything.

It needs renovated really badly. The room we stayed in didn't have the standard sliding lock on the door. There is no sound proofing at all. I could hear the guy in the next room sneeze. The carpet was sticky and the beds were so hard I had trouble walking after waking up.

There's just really no words to describe this place. The door's look like they have all been messed with and males u feel unsafe. Rude employs. Just a negative vibe. Won't stay again!

The first room was not valid, the room door did not locked properly. The second room(229) was better but the towels were dingy smelled of urine. As far as the actual stay, I was able to get rest as needed. The breakfast was good. The pool area is great and received additional night for inconvenience.

This was our second stay here. I was pleasantly surprised that the room had been redecorated with nice touches. Everything was comfortable and quiet. Only stayed overnight but saw a couple of people enjoying the pool out back. Front desk courteous and helpful. Reserved room in advance with Wyndham Rewards.
