Great rooms, breakfast was eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, toast, cereal, pastries, juices, fruit. Pool and hot tub great. Clean, no crazy chlorine smell/feel, warmed pool, 3' roped off and mini pool. Great staff and very helpful. Heaters in room warm up quick.. Only turn it on for a bit Thermostats on heaters don't seem to control.

Place is very clean and staff is very friendly and knowledge. Place is nice and cozy, only reason i did not give it 5 stars is because the toilet had a seat cover like a public bathroom seat and it felt mote like a walmart bathroom just with a tub.

My friend & I enjoyed our 3 night stay, the guest room was pretty large & had a nice flat screen tv. The beds were a little on the firm side & the pillows were way too soft for my liking. The included breakfast was probably the best I've ever had at a hotel, there were MANY different options, and if you don't want to stay for breakfast there's an IHOP in the same parking lot. Another plus was the pool area, the pool itself looked very inviting & had a separate small area for infants. There was also a 7 person Jacuzzi which we enjoyed. We were in the pool area during the last hour it was opened (9-10pm) and after getting out of the Jacuzzi we relaxed on the lounge chairs surrounding the pool, it was so peaceful I actually fell asleep. The only complaints I have (besides the firm bed & soft pillows) are the heating/ac unit: it's pretty difficult to control the temperature, it just has a primitive dial with few settings; and that the walls in the rooms are VERY thin, we were woken up multiple times by the guests in the next room, a woman with 2 or 3 kids, they were noisy & when she yelled at them it sounded like she was standing right next to my bed. Also if you stay in a downstairs room you may be woken up by the sound of cars in the parking lot right outside the room's windows. It may seem like there are more complaints than good points but overall the [majority] of staff we encountered were pretty friendly and we had a great time. We will be choosing this hotel for all future visits to friends & family in the area.

If you get a room with a whirlpool make sure if works before you unpack! Other than that it's a nice place

The staff at the front desk were friendly and check in was smooth and efficient. I checked into a nonsmoking room; however, the room smelled of smoke. Also, the next morning, one of the hotel staff entered my room, even with a do not disturb sign. I informed the front desk, and they discounted my room Overall I would stay here again. The cost of the room was economical and the breakfast was great.

I really like coming here to the Clifton Park, NY Best Western. The staff are helpful and friendly. The lobby has a comfortable couch, computer that you can use, mints, newspapers, coffee or tea. I believe there's no elevator though. The indoor pool and hot tub is very nice. I don't think this is handicapped accessible. They also have a room to change. The breakfast is plentiful with eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, pancakes, yogurt with toppings,fruit, pastries , and drinks. Items are very fresh. WIFi works well. parking is convenient. You can even park next to your room! Rooms are comfortable with fridge and microwave. Some with a whirlpool which you do have to either request or book online. Convenient to attractions, shopping, mall, many restaurants nearby and next door.

Great for price and competitors charging much more. Breakfast was one of the better ive had at a hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great.

Great bang for buck. Would go back and the first place I would look in this area. Will take special note of other BW when looking to stay somewhere in a similar situation.

Upon arrival we were informed that due to a storm the previous week there had been water damage in our room. We surveyed the room and saw that the water damage would not be a problem. We had reserved a room with two queen sized beds but beds did not seem as big as our queen at home asked the front desk when we checked out about the size of the beds and they were actually extra long doubles! We were told that the square inch measurement is about the same size as a normal queen. Clerk at the desk said that they were going to be replacing some of the beds this year. Pillows were hard and small. Room and hallway was extremely warm. Had to make adjustment to tv to make it work and before we left in the morning there was again no signal . The room, however, was very large and clean. Previous stay had been much better. Not sure if there will be a next time.

My husband stays here often for work. He says, "I always have a good experience here and any minor problems that I have had--very few--were taken care of promptly. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The guest rooms are clean and the decor is very nice. Everything is in good working order. I am very happy to stay here 2 times a week. "

I'm up in Clifton Park about 4 weeks a year and always book this hotel. I like the place a lot, no, it's not as new as most of the others in Clifton Park, but I always feel safe and it's quiet in the back corner there away from most of the busy parts of town. The staff is always friendly and helpful and breakfast is tasty. Never had any problems. Also, if you'd like to relax there are rooms with jetted tubs and they have an indoor pool and spa, for the price, I can't find a better alternative, nor would I bother.
