The rooms are great and fantastic, the reason why I'm giving it 3 stars, it's because the restaurant was awful, the food did not taste good at all and very mediocre, do not order food from the restaurant.

Besides the food the hotel is great.

Checked in and the person at the counter gave me the wrong roomRoom 215it doesn't exist. I came back down to the desk to get another and then he wanted to argue about itthen he after checking the computer realized it was a mistake.

Upon checking out I went out to put my stuff in the car and tried to come back in the front door was lockedit was 6am in the morningthe counter person came out and said yea you have to scan your cardbut there were no signs that said sothe guy also said that yeah if you had broken the door you wouls be sued no customer service at this placedont stay hereroom was nice but customer service stinksthey would not even give me a receipt or folio on my stay. Just awful

The hotel staff was a nice and the hotel itself was also nice. The breakfast they had in the morning was very good. The only complaint that I have is that the room was very humid, I would wake up and the surfaces had visible condensation. It was kind of gross.

I'm a guest during hurricane Irma. The staff have been OUTSTANDING during this storm. The Hyatt place and everyone working have worked so very hard to keep everyone safe and comfortable. Cudos to you all and THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!

Clean. Friendly. Comfortable. Great breakfast but not enough seating. Get your coffee early. If you miss breakfast it costs $$ to get their Starbucks brew.

Very friendly & helpfull staff. We had a sick child from a cruise & they allowed us to check in early. Hotel was exceptionally clean. The room was really nice. We will definitely be staying at the Hyatt during our next trip. Thank you, Hyatt!

The staff deserves the most credit at this hotel because no one behaves below accommodating here. Yes we all know that hotel employees some times pretend to be nice. These people enjoyed it, from the shuttle services to the breakfast on mornings the experience was great. One thing I had hope for was at least 4 coffee mugs in a room that accommodated four. Maybe next time But kudos to the Assistant G.M as well

Decent choice for a short stay. Bed was comfy and room was spacious. TV was fuzzy and their food offerings for meals other than breakfast are limited. But I had a good stay!

Nice hotel in a good location. The room I booked was smaller than I anticipated and I asked for the double bed room instead. I was moved into another room immediately and without an issue. The staff was friendly. I had to call about the leaking AC and broken refrigerator. At check out my charges were reduced by $60.00. Great customer service. I'd definitely stay again!!

This hotel is fantastic! The staff is lovely and always accommodating! Always a peaceful and relaxing stay here! Oh and the free shuttle service and breakfast is just one of the many great perks!

Enjoyable stay for 12 nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable and a sofa for added space. Hot coffee, oatmeal and fresh fruit in the morning Bacon and eggs with all the extras if you prefer. Great location. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Particular mention goes out to Alex, Andy, and John Marc.

Spacious room, small bathroom. Good breakfast and great staff. Front desk check in counter is designed for midgets. So low to ground staff is haunched over using computer at check in/out.
