If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
This was a last minute booking while we were out there. The staff were brilliant they anticipated our needs and amended our booking accordingly. The room that was booked was close to a smoking area so the receptionist moved us because we had a small baby. I loved this such great service. The staff at breakfast were brilliant too as there were no pancakes so I had something else but the staff member went out back and cooked me some without me even asking he clearly saw my disappointment as I love pancakes.response / report this review -

This hotel was conveniently located in the south section of Austin. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. The pillows were excellent. The bed was great. Good selection of tv. The room has a smell of cleaning products but not overwhelming. The breakfast was typical hotel buffet only a bit better. They had Greek yogurt. For the price and parking, I would stay there again.

Nice hotel. Clean, rooms were clean as well. Very quirky design and decor kinda like something out of the Jetsons cartoon. Layout is different, as you have to walk outside to back inside of a building where the rooms are. It's covered though and if it's raining, you won't be rained on.
They have a bar/restaurant connected to it which is convenient as well as breakfast in the hotel. Beds were plenty comfy inside and they had the hygienic remotes specially made for hotels. The ones that are easy to clean. That was a nice touch.response / report this review -

Clean and safe. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Reasonable price considering high quality of room and breakfast included. Good coffee maker in room with creamer and sweeteners too!

I've stayed here three times. The rooms are very clean; the beds are very comfortable. Close to a variety of dining. Friendly staff and a great full breakfast! I will be back.

We stayed for one night. The room was very clean and comfortable. We jumped in the pool and hot tub as soon as we got our room, they were also very clean. The complimentary continental breakfast was well stocked. I loved the Texas shaped waffles.

This is a GREAT property! Excellent customer service and wonderful amenities. The onsite restaurant is one of the best! Loved it and we'll be back. You can't go wrong with this hotel. They are 5 star!

The Best Western Austin City is an amazing place to stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The restaurant had a nice selection and the waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this location when you are in the Austin area. I felt very safe during my stay at this location!!

Excellent breakfast selection. They have an elegant sitting area to eat, with lots of seats and tables to accommodate a large crowd. The breakfast has everything you could ever want. Fresh fruit, waffles, pancakes, eggs, burritos, pastries, cereal, etc.
Great staff and comfy beds. Really, we have no complaints! Enjoyed the stay here tremendously. The pool is the perfect temperature too!response / report this review -

Nice room (king suite) for just a little more. Staff was friendly and accommodating. No problems with getting a late check out. A/C was off when we got to the room on a 99 degree day. Property was a little convoluted, or else would be five stars.

So glad we decided to stop staying at LQ and tried out Best Western. Its nice, they have an exceptional staff, the pool is a great amenity, the rooms are clean and they provide toiletries and make up wipes definitely a plus when you forget to bring your own. Super Affordable! Worth a try if you are looking for a new spot to stay! Thank you Best Western for providing excellent service, we look forward to future stays at this hotel!!

Very welcoming staff who made sure to give us our guest bag for the wedding we were attending. They provided clear directions on how to park and how to find our room. There is a very attractive lobby and lounge area. Breakfast selection was very well presented, fresh and delicious. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great staff attitude. Recently remodeled and the hotel looks great. Comfortable beds. Docking 1 star because there were a few bugs in the tub when I got therebut that's expected to an extent with an older building. Would stay again.
