I went in there to get some prices for some friends that are coming to visit us and the young lady at the front desk, her name was Genesis. She was a delight to deal with. Now they used to be restaurant connected to the hotel but that recently has gone out of business but there's a pool and of course they have maid service every day in a free breakfast every morning and the place is well taken care of there's construction going on right now at the hotel I guess they're redoing some of the rooms in the back. But I like lace it's got a homie feeling and it's close to our house so our friends won't have too far to drive or we won't have too far to drive to see them and pick them up and go places. So we're looking forward to our friends staying there when I come in April and we stay there 2 times when our AC blew out in the summer it's a great place we like it.

Won't stay here again,first the trucker who left a load in the toilet must of ate a dead Kitty and the rude man who tried to unclog the toilet made our room stink all night. We wanted our money back our a different room and they said NO !!! And now we got bed bugs in our new home Thanks Best Western

Hands down the best hotel we have EVER stayed at. And we travel a lot! The staff is amazing! The breakfast is amazing! And it is SO clean.

I stayed at this Best Western because reviews said it was in a safe area. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was great Breakfast was extremely good. Grounds well maintained. Will definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Goodyear Best Western. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.
The only problem was with the key cards, which staff remedied each time.
We would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay ,Wi-Fi worked great, the staff was really helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. The hotel is located in a very clean, quiet and safe neighborhood and the breakfast was above average. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff. Grounds are beautiful. Pool area very nice. In general, the rooms were nice and roomy. Recommend highly.

This was a great property at one time but is run down now. There is a new owner and the property is being refurbished. The staff was great. Plan on staying here again next year to see if the improvements have been made. We find the location great for what we do and we are hoping things have improved with the facility.

Given its proximity to Phoenix, this is a good hotel for the price. The room I had was well furnished and the colors in keeping with the ambiance of the area. The outside of the buildings could have been better kept up. The side views clearly show an older design. But the service, especially, and the amenities were terrific. Highly recommended.

Alicia at the front desk was so nice. I had no power at my house in 114 degrees in Arizona. Also had a small dog. No pet friendly rooms were available. Alicia talked to housekeeping. They were able to regroup and had a room ready in one hour. Clean and pet friendly. They went out of their way to meet my needs. Very good ambassadors for Best Western.

It wasn't actually that bad, a bit dated but clean and safe. The pool area looked nice. The worst thing was that the smell in the room was very, very strong. It smelled like an old smokers room with a ton of spray. The smell didn't get any better on the 3rd day. I DID NOT ask for another room, which I'm sure they would've given me. Stayed there since and had a nicer suite and room didn't smell. Overall, not too bad if you need a handy hotel in the area.

Room service was dismal. One day they never showed up. We had to go get towels on 3 different occasions out of 6 nights. We had to go get cups, toilet paper, and lining for the ice bucket from the front desk. The lobby was okay. The breakfast room was well taken care of and always had food ready to go. There was garbage laying out by the ice machine all week as there was along the 2nd story deck. Bottle caps, cigarette butts, some old plastic card - nobody cleaned up!

My niece set our bathroom on fire, we couldn't spend the night in our home because of smoke etc., my little one was traumatized. We drove down the street to this hotel. We had to stay here for almost 1 week. It was clean, had a nice breakfast, and everyone was helpful and friendly. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

The property is nice, but a bit dated. The couch in my suite had a large patch on it. Rooms are nice but not very well insulated. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Typical hotel breakfast.
