We had reservations for a king size bed and got a room with two full size beds. We were unable to control the air conditioning. This facility needs some care and renovation. It is not up to the standard of any of the La Quintas I have previously stayed in.
I recently stayed here for a couple of nights. The fact is, while I think the cleaning team may work hard at it, this hotel is way too old and tired to still be in service. I didn't feel clean the entire time I was here. Not up to the standards of other La Quinta's I've stayed in. The continental breakfast is standard, unhealthy fare. The shower head is only at about 5 feet (had to bend over to get my hair rinsed). The freeway is very noisy. Walls are very thin. With that said, my stay was reasonably comfortable and staff was friendly.
My father stayed there for a week while on vacation out here. The room was extremely clean and plenty big. The continental breakfast has many options. Didn't need the heat on at night, room temp stayed 72/73. Overall my father really likes staying here.
I left headphones in my room and didn't realize until we left later that day. I called and an employee named Lori was extremely helpful. She found my headphones quickly and mailed them for me that day
Worst Experience! HEALTH HAZARD!!!!! It feels like a cruel joke to be checking into a room with dried up blood around the toilet and in the bathtub, dried up bloody mucus on the lamp shade. Stains on the bed and hair everywhere! There's was a stain that looked like blood in the closet and the closet door has a patched-up, it seems like someone was murdered or abuse in that room and in the closet!. The linen on the bed were inside out, sunflowers seeds on the ground that looks like it hasn't been vacuumed for days. Nasty place, filthy and the manager is not friendly or cooperative. He doesn't believe me but I will come back and post all the pictures my fiancé took on his phone. I am not a liar, I have stayed at multiply hotels and never had this happened to me. This is by far the worst experience and can't believe it, that a housekeeper would make the beds and call it a day.Where is the housekeeping "supervisor"They obviously don't know about the Hepatitis Outbreak or the Flu Outbreak or even how to be nice and professional!! I am writing cooperate as well again because manager hasn't responded to my email!!
This location has easy access from the highway, you get 10% off at IHOP in the same parking lot. The WiFi is decent, the pool was pretty nice with towels poolside. The Continental Breakfast is the norm.
Stayed two night with boyfriend. It's walking distance to a pretty good fast food Mexican restaurant. There's two breweries with a mile. Bed was fine. Breakfast was the usual. The pool was pretty nice - I spent a few hours out there working after having to move from the front lobby due to noise and cd air conditioning. Never had a problem with the wifi. Overall a decent choice.
Clean rooms, nice staff. I was only here for a two day stay.
Needs to be much cleaner i had to clean my own bathroom. Good thing i keep that kinda stuff in my car. But no laundry bag for clothes and needs to be vacuumed plus my bed looks like they didnt change it from the last time someone was in here. Also i tnought that all the rooms had a min fridge at least. But no not my room
Great experience, two night stay for four of us in town for a wedding. Insanely easy to get to from the freeway. Like. Insanely
Rooms are decent. The hotel is showing its age, but is relatively nice otherwise
Great service. Very friendly. We booked two nights but our plans changed and we were able to cancel the second night no problem.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Our room was so filthy that we demanded another room: the carpet outside the bathroom was wet wet and a urine smell filled the room, the sheets on one bed had brown stains and hair on it and the bed skirt had drips of a flaky substance on it. The final stray was the bath tub that had a brown scum that you could disperse by rubbing it and hair in the bottom of the tub.
Because it was Labor Day weekend and there were no rooms we were forced to stay. Management let us look at rooms. They best one we could find had a large brown sticky spot next to the bed so I wore socks during my stay
I usually look for La Quinta but have learned that they do not stand behind their name. Make sure you looks at the age of the property. Newer ones are better.
I enjoy staying at la Quinta hotels and this one is no different. The staff is nice enough and the rooms are reasonably priced. The rooms are also comfortable, clean and the beds are just the right amount of soft yet firm. The complimentary breakfast is cute with the make-your-own waffle machine and the standard cereal and muffins. I would definitely stay here again.
The staff was fantastic. Over our 2 nights there I dealt with 4 different front desk employees and the manager, all of whom were friendly and helpful. Very Pet friendly place, the manager gave a treat to my dog, during breakfast and really made us feel welcome. And although the hotel is older and could use some renovation, the housekeeping staff did a great job on our room. I'm definitely coming back . Good price , good service. As a general contractor, I suggested some renovation is needed.
