  Had the pretzel in the Madison Wisconsin west town mall. The pretzels are very fluffy and soft. Very fresh. Very friendly service.

  Had a Ben's pretzel in Shipshewana IN.
  It was much fresherror and not as chewy and dry. I think this were over cook in Madison WI.

  I had my first Ben's pretzel at your kiosk at Sawdust Days in Oshkosh. Love at first bite! I had my husband taste it. "He said I have to get my own." Then we told family and friends who we were with and they all tried them. I can only vouch for the regular, cinnamon and sugar and the parmesan cheese pretzels as those were the ones I ate and shared. We watched the amazing fireworks eating Ben's delicious pretzels. So good.
