Fantastic! Evelyn and Debrah were very accommodating and overall a pleasure to deal with. Any issues with the unit were always addressed within 24 hours. Residents were kept abreast of any and all maintenance, holiday office hours, etc. Parking rate was competitive for the area. Inside/outside appearance of the building was always kept professional. Location is also great, very close to downtown and several nice restaurants.

We shifted to Bethesda Place Apartment on March 2015. We have been living here for over a year now. It is a great place to call "home". All office staff is great at assisting, but Evelyn Alston is outstanding in her skills; she has been very helpful to our needs. The Bethesda Place apartment has exactly what we want, all in walking distance.
