Awesome. One of very few restaurants in Georgetown which provide Halal food. Only Beef is not Halal. Chicken and Lamb is Halal. Worth every penny you pay. Even Staff is super busy but they are very much supportive and dedicated.
I discovered this joint 22 years ago when I was a student, I'm pleased to say that this place is a good as when I first tried. Maybe this is one of the best kept secrets in Georgetown. Food is delicious, abundant and prices are decent. I have tried most of the menu and everything is just great.
Not spectacular kabob, but definitely good, and definitely worth the money. More spice would be better.
The kabob itself is decent, I would rate it 4 out of 5. But for the price you won't be able to find anything better in Georgetown. So 5 stars for the bang for your buck.
This is probably my favourite kabob place in the DC area. Really good kabob - though I've only tried the chicken 🍗
I use to live in the DMV area for 30 years. So I'm familiar with moby dick. Upon returning to the area on vacation, I had to stop by.
Get the super combo with chicken and steak.
My mouth is still watering thinking about this.
Food is fantastic. The guy ringing up the food could use a class in customer service. Not the friendliest person to ring up your food. I'm not looking for conversation but, at least be courteous.
Great food as always. I eat here at least once a week. There is a tall skinny guy who is super fast at taking orders and delivering it. Not sure how he handles the stress because usually it pretty crowded at lunch time. Definitely recommend, if you want to eat semi-healthy but delicious meal.
The food and service is great, but the seating is very limited.
My other half loves it, but I did not care for it at all!! My Salmon on the salad was burnt and left a horrible taste in my mouththe parking is non-existent. I could go on, but I will just say I won't go back!!!
Its good but nothing like it used to be. Everything is different the rice, bread, butter, and meat. The most disappointing change is the rice. I would still eat here, sometimes.
So this place has good Persian food and they make it pretty fast. I got the mixed platter with the beef kabob and chicken pieces which tasted good but not the best I've ever had. My Husband got the chicken kabobs which were dry and more on the burned side with a bland flavor. There hot sauce is also interesting with a sweet tangy flavor but not spicey. For the price they give you good portions. It is a small fast food type of place so sometimes it seems hard to find a seat.
Good food at a good price. I tried it twice and it was delicious but i'm not eager to go there again.
