Belle tire is the place to go for tires. However, I made an appointment at 12pm. but my vehicle was not pulled into the garage until 1:15. They said they were busy, but I think a customer who plans his visit accordingly should be honored first. I'll be back here next time, but a little more respect for customers time would be helpful.

Good prices, will deal, great service. I bought two tires, they balanced and rotated the two existing tires for free. I bought two more for same vehicle because of their service. My other vehicle has 4 tires too.

I had an appointment to get 2 tires put on at noon on a Thursday. I dropped my car off before work at 8:45 a.m. not expecting to pick it up til late afternoon. They called me at 10:30 a.m. and said it was ready! Quick service. The 2 gentlemen I dealt with at the counter, one while dropping off and one while picking up, were very kind and helpful. Great experience overall!

We found an elderly gentlemen that had locked his keys in his car in a near by parking lot. My wife asked if they would help him and the immediately sent a person over to help him out. They refused to charge him anything. This is the kind of service you just don't find anymore. Thank you Belle Tire for making that guys day a lot easier.

This particular branch of belle tire likes to charge you for work they don't do. In particular, alignments. They will give you a refund if you go to another mechanic to verify that there was no work done, but why should I have to do that? You took my money for the work.
The last (and final) visit was last summer. My wife's car was leaking antifreeze from the front end. The clown at the front desk informed me that there is an 80$ fee for hooking up the diagnostic machine to the car so I said do it. Little did I know that the mechanic was only going to hook up that machine. The engine light was not on, so I was informed by the mechanic (3 teeth and homemade tattoos) there was nothing to be done. I pointed to my car which was actively leaving a puddle in front of their door, they told me to come back when the engine light was on. They couldn't be bothered to put my car on the lift and try to figure out what the problem was. They sure did steal 80$ from my credit card tho. One of the worst businesses in Kalamazoo.

Nice people, but unsure about the experience and what I was told.

I purchased tires there and was happy with the service.

What I'm unsure about is that they are the ones who set my tires the last time I had trouble with a shaking steering wheel while braking (thought it was packed snow, but it continued after no snow in wheel wells). Stopped in, waited a long time (with appointment), and seemed better when I left.

Stopped in again for same problem and they told me that the pressure was incorrect in all tires--ALL were set to 30, and they should have been 36. I know temperature, time, etc., but for ALL to lose the exact same amount of air when two are in sun way more often, etc.? I don't feel comfortable that they set them properly the first time I stopped in about the issue, but I can't be sure that it isn't an odd coincidence.

Great customer service highlighted my visit. I set an appointment to get new tires for my wife's car. I arrive 15 minutes early and expected to wait until my appointment before they took the keys. Instead, they bumped me up a little and started working immediately. I was told it would take a little over an hour. However, the associate I was working with came out after half an hour saying the alignment needed to be fixed. I said yes; 15 minutes later the car was off the risers and I was out the door. Exceptionally fast, and very friendly. Belle Tire may be a little more on the expensive side for labor costs, but the professionalism is well worth the extra few bucks.

I've always loved Belle Tire and have bought tires from the Westnedge Ave and Kalamazoo Ave locations for years with awesome experiences every time. Our last 2 visits to the Westnedge location felt like a completely different store. The staff wasn't rude, but they weren't particularly friendly either. What was more concerning was their lack of knowledge about their business. The most dramatic example was when my wife went in to pick up a set of rims that I ordered new tires for. After calling her to come pick them up, it took them over 10 minutes to find the wheels. Worse, the rims were covered with grease from the install and they had made no effort to clean up the adhesive from the balance weights they had taken off. Definitely not the level of professionalism and customer service I had come to expect from Belle over the past 10+ years!

Never a good experience. I've had far too many bad experiences with belle tire to remain a loyal customer. They have ALWAYS written up terrible estimates for nice easy jobs and have not recommended anything remotely useful to me as a driver. It really makes you wonder what happens behind the scenes.

So the last month of my life has been a nightmare, and I have no one else to thank for this but Belle tire. So at the end of December I take my car in to have two tires replaced (They tried to talk me into replacing all of my tires, and buying the most expensive brand), when I pick up my car I'm told I need a new inner and outer tie rod on the passenger side of my Saturn. I noticed my car was a little wobbly when I made tight turns so I figured that might be the issue, after about a 500 dollar tie rod job my car doesn't really seem much better, but that ends up being the least of my problems.
A week later my car dies on me, and I have to have the car towed back to Belle tire to replace my fuel pump, and fuel filter. After another 839 dollars I'm back on the road. A couple days later, I stop by a gas station to fill up my tank, and notice a river of gas coming out of my car. This happened on a Saturday night so I couldn't take the car to Belle tire till next Tuesday at the earliest. When I take the car back, I'm told there's a hole in my fuel neck filler. I tell them it wasn't leaking before, so they must have d done something to it. The man Brandon responds "well it was pretty rusty anyway and it was going to happen sooner or later anyway, it may have happened when we jostled it around or something, but it needs to be replaced anyway."
So I say shouldn't you guys have noticed and or told me about this when you worked on it? Brandon replies it's not our problem and or responsibility. Because the fuel neck filler is no longer made according to Belle tire I would have to go to a junk yard. I went online and found a new filler neck for my car. Before I could get my car fixed the car broke down again. I took my car somewhere else and got the car fixed for much cheaper than Belle tire would have for their own mistake.
I called corporate, I talked to their manager and was told it wasn't their fault every time and it's not their responsibility.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BELLE TIRE, AND I ENCOURAGE NO ONE ELSE TO TAKE THEIR CAR THERE.

These guys are awesome!! My car needed a lot of work and the repairs needed were costly. These guys were very understanding of my situation and did their best to work with me. They lowered the price as much as they could while providing good quality work on my car. Brandon was the one who helped me the most and would recommend his honesty and the store to anyone!!!
