The only thing Williams has going for them, are decent pricing. . . The Finance guy beat the hell out of me in negotiations to the point I got up and tried walking out. He called me back and we finally settled on letting him sell me a credit life policy and wheel and tire warranties. Then when the car flooded on inside due to a bad seal on the windshield before leaving the dealership. I couldn’t get someone to give me clear answers on the warranty. I had to pay another dealership to diagnose it, which was never reimbursed. Then the my continued to ignore my phone calls.
The irony and thing that upsets me is I’ve unsubscribed from their email advertising multiple times and like clockwork they continue to harass me. . .

I think Williams Chevrolet is one of the best Chevrolet dealerships in Michigan and I think they treat their customers very well and I'm very happy with my purchases that I've made at Williams Chevrolet. Keep up the good work guys

Purchased a used vehicle from Williams Kia. 2 years later went to purchase another used vehicle from Williams Chevy. When purchase was nearly finalized the salesmen informed me that the first vehicle I had purchased, and was then trading in, was reported as totaled years before I had even bought it.

So they had sold me a totaled car without telling me it was totaled. Because car was “totaled”, they could only give me 500$ towards my next purchase. Originally a 5,000 dollar car.

So that’s very shady. On top of that, a year after I had purchased the newer vehicle, my window broke. I called Williams Chevy about it. Their mechanic, I think his name was Jason, informed me that I was 1 thousand miles over my warranty and that he was going to charge me 100 dollars just to LOOK at it, and he was rather rude in his manner. After watching a YouTube video, ordering a 40 dollar part off of Amazon, and spending about 20 minutes of my time, the window was fixed. And I have 0 experience with automobile mechanics.

Please do not support Williams, it’s one of my biggest regrets.

Drove up for my brothers wedding and had some problems before we left. We got it to the dealership and George helped us out. He was very caring and understood we were 4 hours away from home and was able to get the car fixed in a couple hours. He made sure I knew exactly what was wrong. Price is comparable to anywhere else you'd go but the customer service at Williams Chevrolet is amazing. If I lived closer I'd take my car there for anything Id need fixed.

Our experience was very positive at Williams Chevrolet. Our salesperson Shannon Hancock was great and made sure the deal got done. Phone calls were always returned and all questions were answered promptly. Overall it was a great experience and I will be returning to Williams for my next vehicle.

I was from out of town on vacation when my 2015 Equinox started stalling. I was in a panic because I was unfamiliar with the area and was on a short timeline. I pulled into Williams Chevrolet and went to the Service Department, where they provided excellent customer service and repaired my vehicle in no time. I can't tell you how much their kindness and prompt service meant to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Leased a truck through them and signed up for the gold star membership for oil changes. Not only did this include the normal oil change stuff but also included an exterior wash and an interior vacuum.they even took it a step further and wiped down the dash when I asked if that was included (which it isn't).

Very happy with this team.
