My experience with Bill Marsh GMC was purely accidental, literally. After a deer collision, I asked the tow truck driver to deliver our 2012 GMC truck to the nearest GMC dealer, which happened to be Bill Marsh. It was my good fortune, because of how I was treated. I was treated with respect, and professionalism, from the collision shop receptionist, to the body shop project coordinator and technician. Our truck was restored (not just "fixed") to perfect condition. I decided it was time to replace this truck and went to the GMC showroom. Once again treated professionally, not "hustled". I was offered a very fair trade in value for our 2012 GMC and bought a brand new truck. We are very pleased with the complete experience, beginning to end. I have purchased many cars and trucks in my 70+ years and never have had such a positive experience. Congratulations to the Bill Marsh GMC team!

I purchased a used SUV about a year ago. Right away we discovered that the computer mother board was preventing us from accessing On Star and Satalite Radio. Marsh brothers covered the part for us at no costs. During a recent oil change, the staff member noticed a higher oil consumption rate than normal. We watched the oil levels and had it read every 1000 miles. The vehicle failed the consumption test. Marsh Brothers and GM covered new pistons and rings, and we basically received a rebuild from the crank to the top. Again, at no cost to us. I would buy from them again. So Far So Good.

I leases a 2017 Buick Encore. My sales associate was awesome, vey friendly, down ro earth but professional at the sametime. The transaction went very smooth. Without even knowing it they gave me more money for my trade than the competitor down the road offered. My only complaint was in the detail of my carthe Windows were spotty and there was lots of plastic covering that was not removed. The detail department could use some work.

It's extremely difficult to give anyone perfect a score. A perfect score means nothing to improve on. That said, it was a pleasant experience and quality service. Automobiles are way too freaking expensive. I mean out of this world to expensive. The dealers have little to no control over that and I respect that. So here you go 4.5 Stars from me good job Bill Marsh.
