  clean, professional and a little crazy in the best way. i always see Nikki O and she is amazing. takes the time to understand what you want and work with you, no matter how adventurous. highly recommend.

  I went in to get my hair fixed the day after i got a haircut somewhere else because it wasn't how I wanted it. Anyway, Patricia was my stylist and she did an amazing job. I will be going back again and get a color/highlights this week. I am quite picky who touches my hair and I find Patricia to be my soulmate in that area. Lol.

  This store is hit and miss. Sometimes the ladies that work here are fantastic! Especially with recommendation. However, the hair salon left something to be desired.

  Overall I was happy each time my stylist Tiffany B. did my hair however I am not pleased with the poor service I received. My son became sick and I had to take him to urgent care because his primary Dr.s office was closed I called to cancel my appointment because I was afraid I wouldn't make my scheduled time, after getting in and out within 45 min I called BB back to see if I could still get my roots touched up if I came 30 min after my appointment time. I figured it was a long shot but I was excited to find out she agreed to do it (especially because I had a big family wedding the next weekend and was going to be taking family pictures) 5 minutes later she called me back saying "the girls in the salon are freaking out" due to my son being sick, she didn't want me to spread it. I explained to her that I was dropping him and my husband back off at my house but she still didn't want me to come. I got the feeling that it didn't have anything to do with my son being sick but it was the fact that I was her last appointment of the day and she wanted to go home early. Frankly, it's just unprofessional for a stylist to call a client back and tell them not to come after saying that it was okay.

  Love Nicole O'Brien! My first time there and she gave me a wonderful haircut!
  Then my daughter went and had hair colored. Her hair is not easy but Nicole got it and she loves it! Thank you so much! We will be back.
