I usually do not leave reviews but who calls themselves a vet and is scared of animals . I took my dog to the vet and knew exactly what was wrong with my dog and wanted to make sure my dogs health was well. I talked to vet for 15 mins not once did we check my dogs weight temperature or anything else. I get charged an examination fee $45 dollars to just tell me what I already know didn't even check my dogs vitals once just to refer me to someone else. How is that fair! if you are going to charge an examination fee then you better examen my dogs weight, temperature and so forth just as if I were getting checked. Just because he knew what might be wrong with my dog he took short cuts that's not fair to me or my dog he went to the vet just to literally look at him wouldn't call it a examination more like a glance charge.

Dr Rocco is amazing with my pets. My 70 lb mixed breed dog, Sadie, is super protective of me and it's always a problem when she meets new people. She meet Rocco and immediately became subservient to him, it was like watching an episode of The Dog Whisperer. Animals love him, I was in complete awe.

The best vet I've ever met. The staff is equally wonderful. Dr Rocko (Melee..sp?)is amazing and helped my kitten even after transport was delayed past closing time! Not only did he bring me back to examine my injured kitten with them but he also was extremely caring and excited to help. So genuine! They aren't just out for the money , they genuinely love animals and their careers. I have never felt so happy to review a place and i don't do it often. I could go on forever about these amazing people and their wonderful business. I am only sorry i had not known of them sooner. Choose this place! You will be so happy you did! Thank you all so much. You have NO idea how appreciated you are. We are so thankful! "Bear " thanks you too!!

It was a Godsend that we were sent to Dr Mele (Rocco) . Our 6 Mo old puggle had been bit and broke her little jar.. after trip to emergency clinic they said there was nothing they could do..our puppy had her lower jaw broken and was simply hangingThe emergency Vet gave us Rocco's name and we took puppy (Madison) direct to Rocco .He was amazing, he took her immediately and said he could help put her jaw back together and help her bone structure..Rocco and Cathy and his entire staff were phenomenal part if saving our Madison..We highly recommend their services to everyone.. We are extremely grateful for all they have done for Madison. Her quality of life is such you would never know how injured she was.Thank you Rocco, Cathy and Company!!

Absolutely wonderful people Dr. Rococo and staff were so pleasant! ! I brought my "difficult "child in for rabies vaccination. I would not hesitate to bring any of my future pets there!! If you are looking for a place to bring your "baby" this is the place! Very reasonable rates also!

Our 8 yr old Shizhu/Poodle developed a lump on the side of his mandible during our wintering in Green Valley. By the luck of the canine gods we were referred to Dr. Mele and we're so thankful. What an amazing professional he is and so full of passion for his practice, even after more than 40 years! We were impressed with the entire clinic and assistants; they were kind and helpful. Dr. Mele is a gifted veterinarian and we are happy to have found ourselves here when our little dog needed him. Dr. Mele and Cathy deserve a huge vote of thanks to all canines/felines who come under their care.

When there was a small series of lost communications over the period of a week, I was told that they would not send in a prescription refill for my cat that she needed to continue living. That refill request was made because I was worried that the back and forth between the pharmacy and office using faxes might take more than 24 hours and it was Friday at the time. After I said I didn't want to contact the pharmacy to have them fax the request to the office because of time constraints the Doctor told me that they would not refill anything at all until I have full blood work done and an x ray. I stated that I could plan to do that and would be happy to, but that she need medication tomorrow. He told me it "wasn't his problem" (exact words here) and that if I needed help I should go to an emergency vet. Customer Service = 0 also, apparently they would rather my cat die than face an invented malpractice suit I theoretically could bring if the medication that my cat has been taking successfully for months doesn't stop her from dying? Yeah, you make sense of it.
