I was extremely dissatisfied with the service offered. I tried to cash a check through the drive-thru and the teller said it could not be done at that location. I had to go to a different location to cash a check written by a Capitol Federal checking account holder.

Extremely disappointed at CapFed. I've been a member for probably 15 years and for the past couple months I've been getting into the fun world of coin collecting and CRH (coin roll hunting) and I've been ordering boxes of coins to look through without any problems. The other day I was told I can no longer order coins. I thought this was a BANK where you can withdraw legal currency in any form. Apparently that has changed or bankers are becoming lazy and don't want to do their job. Doesn't matter, will be closing my account here and finding a bank that actually does their job and serves their customers.

I've been a member of Capital Federal since the early 90s. This is my most favorite branch I have been to. From the moment you walk in or drive up you are treated like family. Everyone from the branch manager to the tellers always has a smile on their face. It's nice to know that there are still banks out there that are genuinely happy to take care of your needs know matter how small or large they might be .

I've been banking at Capitol Federal for well over 10 years and of the branches I've been in this is easily the most poorly run. I don't like to post negative reviews but I have had repeated bad experiences at this branch with the Customer Service agents having bad attitudes, being rude, and generally acting disinterested. Also, when my wife and I go there to deposit her paychecks and I present my bank card, they repeatedly ask whether she is on my account, when they can clearly see from our account information that she is.
