Location is great with open air park near by which has access to the beach however the location drives up the price

Hotel is in the heart of city, and you park around the hotel on the road. It's okay-okay one. It have a nice pool though. Room is clean, good, and big enough, but the bathroom is very small and simple (basically below expectation), but it's clean. Overall okay-ish, bur definitely not worth 120$/night (the price around Thanksgiving)

Not a fancy place but its clean and affordable also its maybe 2 to 5 min walking distance from the beach its close to a park you can take a lil exercise morning walk

This is a acceptable accomodation for the budget conscious. Its North beach, but very close to the beach. Rooms were clean and the staff very helpful.

Nice hotel, good pool size, and spacious room.
My only cons about this place is when I got here the first room smelled of mildew like the room had been flooded before.
I talked to the front desk and they changed me to another room. The new room didn't smell like mildew but it smelt of cigarettes. Other than that the place was good. Oh yea did I mention, FREE PARKING and a nice pool!

Hotel is a block from remote part of beach, free parking was always available. Pool was kept clean and the water was always warm (salt water pool). The wifi was horrible, thus the 4 star rating. Very reasonably priced for Miami Beach and clean rooms although very outdated and small. No dresser in room and knob from shower kept falling off. Still pretty good experience for the price.
