Excellent service, welcoming staff and an overall wonderful stay. The hotel is in a great location and was easily accessible, even in a blizzard! The room was nice and clean, well equipped with all the necessities. The pool and hot tub was a nice extra we really enjoyed.
We especially give a huge credit to the staff for providing a complimentary dinner on Monday nights along with the regular complimentary breakfast!response / report this review -

This is a three star hotel that has a two star price (hence my five stars). Pool area was great - nice and warm in cold weather. Staff was limited but friendly and helpful. Rooms were pretty clean and not too dated. Add the breakfast (typical continental) and this place is a steal! Last - a very short drive from the mall and commercial district.

Great hotel! The only issue I had was the Wi-Fi always cut in and out. It would never stay connected for more than 5 minutes. The hotel is close to the highway so you can quickly get to other cities and the best part is you are 5 minutes away from restaurants and various shops. Staff is very friendly and hotel is very clean!

Check in went well. Very little conversation was made with the check in attendant. The room was ok. Somewhat of a musty smell inside room, much different than hallway. Had a foreign substance on bathroom wall that I removed with a wet warm hand towel. Looked like a long crusted on booger that should have been obvious to the maids on cleaning up the room. There were some other issues with the room but were taken care of by the front desk. It's pretty quiet at night for the most part. Breakfast isn't the best not the worst. I'm guessing with the layout of the breakfast room they are limited on options for offering food. Easy to get too and near a major mall down the road along with many great restaurants and downtown Muskegon close as well!

Staying here one or two nights every week for business. Front desk staff is extremely helpful and they have my room ready each time. They are genuinely happy to see me every week and I'm glad to stay here as well. By now, they know me by name, which obviously makes me feel welcome and cared for. Rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. Enough parking space available all the time. Breakfast is included and the breakfast spread , though not lavish, is quite good.

Great location. Friendly enough staff but the female on night audit was a delight as was the gentleman at check in. My only complaint is the pool area, and the guest laundry/vending-they look to be a bit neglected by maintenance and housekeeping. Also, it is advertised that their is a sauna but that's incorrect. They used to have one.
I liked the double sheeting on the beds and the room was cleaned pretty well prior to check in. We did not require daily service and when I asked the housekeepers for supplies they were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.response / report this review -

No elevator so its not handicap friendly at all and had more than 8 kids running up and down the halls screaming. Had to wait hours on extra pillows. Also the room is either extremely hot or cold no in between to be found.I guess plus side if you like turkies there were 7 roaming around.

Up the road from plenty of shopping and restaurants, staff is always smiling and helpful, rooms and hotel is always clean, management is constantly updating. I would recommend this to everyone. They also offer a free Mon night supper during winter season. Good variety of breakfast as well.

Location was good. Breakfast was also good. The pool had so much chlorine it made our skin itchy & lungs burn. The room was a lil small but had nice furnishings but really needed a deep cleaning!!

Nice clean room. We got a standard double room for a family getaway. Flatpanel tv, comfy beds. The pool and hot tub are nice but a little over chlorinated. Breakfast is great too, plenty to choose from. Would definitely recommend!
