The staff was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful, as "first timers" we weren't always sure of what to do or where to go in town, but the Westcott staff was right there to lend a hand. The room was fantastic and the view was incredible. Such a neat and cozy place.
Almost everything you could want to do was a (very) short walk away. Honestly, I wish I could rate Westcott a million stars! ⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐response / report this review -

Very convenient to all activities. Walked everywhere. Wonderful staff, even carried luggage to room. Wonderful breakfast. Everything from breakfast casserole to lighter fare. Highly recommend!

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, and the social hour and food they offered is very good. Only thing that we had an issue with was the water being a bit cold during times, and you could hear everything from other rooms. Beautiful home, and very pretty views.

Went here with my girlfriend for our Anniversary. We couldn't have had a better experience. Joy and her staff were so pleasant and attentive. Whatever we needed, they were there to assist. The room was extremely clean and updated, and breakfast on the porch overlooking the harbor was the perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend!

Wonderful B&B to spend our 25th anniversary at! The staff was absolutely wonderful, the room was gorgeous and we loved the amenities. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast outdoors which allowed us a lovely view of the bay. We found ourselves a home away from home in St. Augustine. You won't be disappointed!

Location of Inn perfect, parking lot blocks away.
Nice time until TWO of my brand new Lilly Pulitzer dresses (tags still on) disappear..yep..gone!
Manager calls, accusatory tone telling me video shows nothing yet he was not aware that a plunger was left in our room and sink was cleaned while we were out..selective video watching perhaps!!!
Will NOT return!!!!!

We are staying here for the 4th of July holiday and it has been such a great time. We are staying in the Rachelwhich is 1 of their small rooms but it's still comfortable and quite cozy. Their hospitality and genuine customer service is top notch. We have felt very much at home here and its a perfect location--right off the water by the Bridge of Lions. Their breakfast has been delicious and what we love even more is that they have other options to choose from in case you don't want their special of the day. If you're looking for a B&B in St Augustinethis is definitely one to consider .

Bed and breakfast. Lovely Inn. Close to all of the attractions. If the weather is nice everything is within walking distance to meet your shopping and food needs. The beach is about three and a half miles away. The staff here are very friendly and pleasant. The room I stayed in has a big huge garden tub with jacuzzi if you should feel the need to soak. The beds here are very comfortable and the room is very beautifully decorated. The breakfast here was lovely but not suitable for a vegan such as myself. Other than that I had a nice enjoyable stay here at the Westcott Inn. I neglected to mention that it is across the street from the bay.

Food is wonderful. Staff is over top friendly. They have everything here drinks, umbrellas, bug spray. If they think you need anything they will get it for you. Best beds in town.

Delightful in all respects. Our group of 18 college friends meet in various locales throughout the country every other year. This is probably the favorite of all our 8 or 9 reunions. St. Augustine is lovely, the Bayfront Westcott welcoming, elegant and relaxing, the breakfasts and happy hour snacks are not to be missed. And - when I left a photo treasure behind - Lisa called and arranged to mail it to me! Thank you all for a special four day stay.

Westcott House Bed & Breakfast is the best B&B in St Augustine. It sits right on the bay and you can watch the boats coming and going as you eat breakfast every day. The staff here are the friendliest and most helpful I've ever seen. The rooms are very nice as well. Some of the rooms have private balconies with views of the bay and/or the courtyard. But even if you don't have a private balcony, there's a public porch & balcony that also have great views of the bay/courtyard. We've stayed here many times and will do so again many times in the future.
