Only 3 weeks post radical prostatectomy my wife and I were looking for a quaint little B&B with it's own private bathroom. I booked the Graham room since it advertised a private bathroom. Perfect. Only to discover the private bathroom was down at the end of the hall. It said "PRIVATE" and it was all ours but, clearly deceptive advertising. Needless to say frequent visits during the night were trying at best. So don't fall for this like I did. I ill not return.

We recently stayed at the St Francis Inn during the Festival of Lights. Having stayed at many B&B's in New England, we wanted to share our thoughts for future travelers. The Inn is located in the Historic District, but far enough away from the downtown so that noise isn't really a factor. Breakfast was delicious. The grounds are quite nice and parking across the street was adequate. The reason we only gave this B&B 3 stars had to do with the room itself. The Elizabeth Suite was advertised as having 2 spacious rooms, a whirlpool tub for 2 and a fireplace in the bedroom. We wouldn't call the bedroom spacious, the whirlpool tub is really only designed for one person and the fireplace in the bedroom couldn't be enjoyed, as it was less than a foot from the side of the bed, so you couldn't sit next to it. So overall, considering the high price we paid for the stay, we didn't feel we received a great value.

I really enjoyed staying here. We made reservations a while ago and I broke my big toe badly 2 weeks before we left. We were staying on the third floor but with my boot it wasn't to hard getting up and down the stairs. The breakfast, appetizer hour and dessert was always really good. The also had a really nice selection of wine and beer at these events that were complementary. My husband and I will go back in the future. They say it's haunted but my husband and I didn't see or hear anything.

Oh my goshwhere do I begin?
Super attentive staffawesome Beach house with all appropriate needs we had 7 of us GIRLS!! plenty towels, soaps, coffee, creamer, chairs, great beds, requested items. (FANS)
top shelf breakfast (HELLO VEGGIE STRATA)complete with complimentary Mimosas and Bloody Marys. I love this place, their staff and will DEFINITELY recommend highly. Having the beach house was especially nice because we were able to have fun and be loud and not offend anyone because we had our very own place

We have stayed at the St. Francis Inn many times. They have great breakfasts, evening happy hour, and after dinner deserts. I highly recommend it as we have stayed in several of the different types of rooms. We have also visited at different times of the year, always a relaxing stay.

The St. Francis Inn is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the included meals are delicious, and the free drinks are fun. We rented a beach house which had tons of space, was very clean and well-maintained, and conveniently right next to the beach. The process of checking in and out was also very simple. And despite the small parking lot (which was pretty sizeable for St. Augustine), they still had 2 electric car charging spots, which was great. I'll be staying there again, and i strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun place to stay in St. Augustine.

Not only do you get to stay at an old inn and enjoy the various amenities they have to offer. You get access to their beach bungalow so you can visit their private beach as well. The daily happy hour is nice with a light snack and beer /wine options. The dessert hour has a different dish each day. The wifi is excellent and the rooms are very cozy. It's worth visiting over and over again.

I actually stayed at one of the beach front properties. Our beach house. It was beautiful. Spacious, clean, plenty of amenities. Back patio, storage with boogie boards, beach chairs, towels and cold waters. They had complementary wine from a local winery and still offered us all the amenities offered at the actual bed and breakfast. Awesome place. Total would recommend to any visitor.

The inn was a perfect combination of quaint and comfortable. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area and helped you plan any and every activity you wished.

The inn considers everything and anticipates the guests needs. The room had fresh flowers every day, a taste of sherry for when you need a night cap, and complimentary natural and eco-friendly soaps that will be donated to kids in need to not be wasteful. They also take means to protect the environment by letting guests decide if it necessary to wash towels and sheets in efforts to conserve water. On top of all of that, the guests are offered an AMAZING breakfast, as well as coffee, tea, and water at all times.

The outdoor patio is surrounded by lush tropical plants and a historic fish pond to make you always feel relaxed. At night they light it up with string lights and guests are able to roast marshmallows at their own convenience.

It was truly a great experience, hospitality is there strong suit. I would come back again in a heart beat.
