Free parking, across the street from the beach and about 10 minutes from where all the touristy destinations are. Nearby plenty of restaurants too. Staff are all super great! Thanks 😁

The room was basic. Two queen beds and a refrigerator you couldn't fit more than 2 items in accompanied by a microwave that barely popped popcorn in. The coffee maker was average. The star of the show was the beds. They were very comfortable. I would have given 3 stars if not for the beds. The shower was about the size of a matchbox but the shower was adjustable enough so that my 7 year old could take a shower rather than a bath. It was very nice for her.

The hotel was clean and fairly nice for the area, but my complaint was they charge you at check-in not when you check out, and automatically add $30.00 extra for any additional charges such as restaurant or bar charges that you might incur while you are staying at the hotel. I've stayed in hotels all around the country, and yes they will keep your card on file in case of any additional charges, but they NEVER charge you in advance just in case you want breakfast or anything else. When I checked out and saw this fee, they said it would be refunded within 7 to 10 days. Not it's not the money, its just the inconvenience to me. So now I have to watch my credit card account to make sure these funds are credited back to my card. For that reason in itself, I will not return to this hotel.

Great location and friendly staff. We had a nice room and visit. Did not try ths $10.95 breakfast and the rooms were priced $75 less than when I had booked several months ago but still had to pay tje higher rate.

For the price, you can't find a better place here for a small family. They have two suites in the hotel with kitchenettes, perfect for a vacation where you want to get some groceries to avoid having all your meals out. But when you DO want to eat out, there's an assortment of great restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as sweet treats and coffee. You do have to cross A1A Beach Blvd. to get to the beach, but it's a 3 minute walk, and they have crosswalks with hand flags right out front. Great value, friendly staff, excellent breakfast (especially if you are gold/diamond with Hilton - it's free), and a nice pool for when you're tired of the sand.

Semi satisfactory Hilton. Room was mostly clean and ready when we arrived but was slightly dirty with mold/mildew in the bathroom and a light urinal smell lingered in the bathroom while we were there. Bedding and towels were clean, air conditioning worked, small refrigerator was great. The rooms were not very quiet and you could hear everyone in the hallway -- people talking as they went to their room to children screaming leaked through the door. As a long time Hilton customer I was bummed with this hotel though it met our needs.

Room not ready when we got here at 4:30 when check in at 4. Snack area looks to never be restocked. No spoons at breakfast. One elevator that is so slow for three floors betting I could climb stairs faster (If I could find them). Just not what I expect from this chain. Seems an embassy suites is being built down the road and should be done in the next year or so would be best to wait on it to finish and stay there as it is on the beach

Very clean and nice hotel. Outside pool with rinse off shower for removing sand from the beach. Cardio workout room available. Friendly and professional staff. Absolutely no complaints.

The location is why I picked this hotel.. You come in and see what you think is a nice complimentary breakfast inside!! Wrong.. If you come down to eat breakfast and don't see their tiny 10"x10" sign you and you wife will pay $25 for, fake eggs, burnt bacon, horrible food overall!! I politely paid the bill knowing I will never stay at a Hilton ever again!!! In the room I tossed and turn all night flipping though channels and figuring out what has to be the worst cable provider ever!! No guide to tell you what's coming on and a 30" TV REALLY!!! Nothing about this hotel was worth ever coming back!!!!

By far the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. Rooms were run down, breakfast was not editable and Kathleen "director of sales" was so supremely rude I regret wasting money in their establishment. I recommend others take warning the rooms are not cheap and other accommodations will give you better value for money if that is what you are looking for.
That being said, I have stayed at many Hilton garden inns so I felt I had a good baseline on what to expect. Front desk was everything you could hope for with Genevieve? being full of charm at both arrival and check out. Also, housekeeping staff was very kind and greeted us each morning.
Also, one last note. As another reviewer mentioned there was a large group of elementary school kids staying at the hotel. (Two large tour buses full) Based on other reviews this seems common. The hotel was loud and breakfast was hard to obtain due to the crowd. This hotel would not be suitable for business travel under the aforementioned conditions.response / report this review
