I took my wife here for a few days on vacation. We stayed in the diamond suite and it is absolutely worth every penny. Such a beautiful inn and the owners and staff are so helpful and very aware of your needs. We will going back very soon.

We return every year to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Michaele & Julio always welcome us with open arms. We love our stay here - everyone is so accommodating. Thank you for gifting us with a beautiful experience.

My husband took me to Carriage Way for a night. I had never been to a Bed and Breakfast. The owner and staff were outstanding. The house was very warm and inviting. We loved it! We had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend!

My husband & I could not have enough good things to say about the Carriage Way Inn. The owner & staff were absolutely delightful & very accommodating. After mentioning to the owner that we'd just gotten married, she so graciously hand-delivered a beautiful bottle of champagne w/two glasses to our room! She is truly a sweetheart! The Inn is simply gorgeous w/the vintage/modern decor. Breakfast was delicious and served up beautifully. Early morning coffee served just outside of our room was a very nice touch! If we could give them more stars..we would! We will definitely be returning to what is now our favorite B&B at St. Augustine!☺💝🌷

I HIGHLY recommend staying at Carriage Way B&B! The staff was extremely sweet and so attentive. The breakfast was delicious in the morning and the unlimited wine, sodas, sherry, coffee & fresh baked goods was awesome too :-). Thank you Carriage Way for making our stay at St. Augustine a memorable one! We will definitely be staying again soon.

We stayed 3 nights last week/ weekend with them and couldn't be more pleased with our stay. To begin with they accommodated our late checkin without hesitation and even called before leaving for the night to check on us. After breakfast the next morning Julio sat down with us and offered suggestions on the best places to visit and circled everything on the map and showed us where things were we had in mind to visit. He wasn't familiar with one place we had in mind so he offered to look it up and get us in the right direction. All of the staff was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was amazing every morning! Friday they delivered an anniversary cake to us that was hands down one of the best cakes we've ever tasted. The Gold room was wonderful, comfy bed, nice bath and shower combo. All in all we don't regret our choice of staying with them and planning on staying with them again!!

The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was clean.
The ruby room was very small and located just off the living room/reception area. The sink and shower were free standing in the room, the toilet at least had a door. There was no closet or armoire.
I've stayed in many, many B and B's before and look forward to the breakfast. There was no choice, you got a breakfast burrito, a miniature amount of slivered fruit and a cinnamon muffin. I didn't like it so they made me scrambled eggs. A plate of scrambled eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no toast! I was very disappointed!!! We left our umbrellas and they called to let us know which was very nice. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend staying here.response / report this review -

We stayed here for the first time a few weeks ago and our stay was wonderful.
The owners took the time to sit down with us and make recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They had chairs and beach towels available for our trip to the beach.
The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had the room directly next to the front entrance and did not have any noise issues. Breakfast was great both mornings.

We were within walking distance to everything At. Augustine. Our room was gorgeous and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning has been nothing short of delicious. We will be back.

The staff wish so nice and so helpful. Their rooms were so beautiful and so nice that it made you feel like royalty. The service that I receive was amazing if you are in the area I will recommend you to go to that place.

I cannot stop talking about how amazing the staff is. Once we arrived they offered drinks and sat down with us, discussing sights we wanted to see in St. Augustine. They circled every attraction we were interested in on the map. We stayed in the Ruby room which was very clean and quaint, with a beautiful tile shower in the room. Drinks in the kitchen are available at all hours, and they were very flexible with breakfasts given our vegan diet! Carriage Way is in the perfect location for walking, we did not have to use our car all weekend. Highly recommended!
