  To start, we were looking for hotels in St. Augustine when this one showed up and we thought why not. Please note that this hotel is an hour from St. Augustine if you make the same mistake we did. The hotel is waterfront and the river is nice. The staff were very friendly and check-in and check-out were very easy. That's where the good stops. The rooms, while large, were very dirty and there was a very strong smell of mildew. We both woke up the next morning with sore throats and congestion which leads me to believe there is mold in the room as well. You can't beat the price but had I known then what I know now I would have splurged a little more. Would not recommend.

  Great place to get away. Rented a pontoon boat, had a great time, the cafe and bar were #1 awesome.

  Nice lil riverfront get-away. The room was big. Beds veryyy comfortable! Best pillows & comforter everrr!! Bathroom very clean. Very nice staff! Koi pond right outside our room- very nice! Pool was clean. We did a lil night fishing off the dock. We would stay here again.

  Very friendly people. Really nice boat ramp, outside bar and inside restaurant. The rooms at the hotel are roomy and clean. Good food, ice cold beer.

  Beautiful foyer & great rooms. I just haven't stayed there or know the rates but it's definitely on my list & my rating will probably go up after staying
