Great employees, good service, and I see them all over the bike trail. They really ride.
Good bikes, good price and the dudes who served us were super friendly and recommended some great trails
This shop is filled with racist employees, they also ignored our requests to rent bikes. We were only two people. They saw that 1 person was Indian (from Bangalore, India) and completely ignored us. I have never felt so ignored. A white couple came into the shop after us and they were more accomadating and willing to rent bikes to them.
Somewhat pricey but was fun renting the bikes that they had. Just be prepared working on them leg and butt muscles, seats needed to be more comfy. Plus made it all the way towards fisherman's wharf which was nice.
We rented small surry. It have one speed only. So travel 1,5 mile to the Lovely Point and back took us almost a hour. The control is more difficult than regular bicycle.
This place is horrible! Avoid like the plague! I would rate negative if i could.
The guy is a rude lazy racist chump. We walk in ask about renting and how late they were open. We were there at 6 and they closed at 7 and that he wouldnt rent one minute after 6:30. He helped rent to a white family of 4 no problem. And then acted like he was busy the whole time. This company deserves to go out of business!
Great experience. staff super friendly. Helped us get right size and fit, easygoing and made the rental process pleasant. Equipment in great shape, had maps of the area attached to bikes, and pouches for your stuff. We needed a back pack and they had that too. We had an awesome day riding all around.
