  I had an issue with a product and Van cafe was quick to deal with the problem, have the part tested and sent a replacement even though the part was found not to be faulty. Shipping has always been very speedy compared to other online retailers. Dealing with van cafe has been a pleasure, they are my first choice for parts!

  I love this place. Have been taking my cars here for years. They are an honest shop, and women don't have to worry that they will take advantage of you! Very honest and fair.

  I was referred to Peter at Van Cafe by my neighbor. I live in San Francisco and his shop is a good distance away but I've been really pleased with the service, advice, communication and cost for work. I've taken my van their for some major system upgrades: cooling, fuel, suspension, wheels, clutch, exhaust, etceverything but the engine and transmission so far. I love that they have all the parts at hand.

  I had a great experience with Van Cafe. My clutch started slipping at the beginning of a road trip, after having my clutch replaced by another shop 1 month prior to my visit here. It turned out the previous shop mechanic made a mistake when putting the transmission back together causing this issue.
  Peter took pictures of the operation as the parts came off, documenting the reason for the clutch failure and providing proof for any case of recouping costs from the previous shop.
  My trip continued to San Diego, Mexico, Las Vegas, and back to Vancouver Canada, without an issue. I've since recovered the full cost of this transmission repair by the previous shop, as a result of Peter's pictures, and him speaking to the shop owner in Vancouver regarding the mishap. Thank you Peter. Much appreciated!
  All of the people that work at Van Cafe, from mechanics to the front desk, are professional. The cost of repairs was very fair as well. I would use Van Cafe exclusively if I were a California resident. 5 stars!
