Nice campground, bathrooms were generally clean, showers available and the soothing sound of the ocean.

Nice camping spot with easy beach access. Can't park at your site though so bring a wagon for your gear.

Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. No electricity except for lights at the bathrooms and cell service is spotty so it's a wonderful place to camp and get disconnected from phones and electronic devices.
Manresa is a great place to boogie board. The ocean is rough here with lots of riptides so I would only recommend it to strong swimmers.

Nice staff and clean, well kept bathrooms. Nice view of the ocean from the campground area and a quick walk to the beach for sunset. A bit pricey at 35/night, but worth it.

Great spot off the beaten trail, however the camp is seasonal now :(

    Cool Breezy Pacific Coast Camping

We've enjoyed several, four family camping adventures here. It's our target zone for escaping Central Valley summer heatwave territory. We like the fact that campers must walk their gear to campsite and park vehicles near camp host parking area. This rule eliminates the dust clouds caused by vehicles buzzing campsites throughout the day. Bring a wagon or hand truck to help with camp gear transport. It will eliminate a few trips to and from your vehicle by hauling items in bulk.

Like the spot and access to beach is good for active people. It is a little hike up and down. Nice and clean bathrooms and friendly staff/rangers. Be prepared to carry all your stuff though. No parking near your site and no driving in.
