This is our go to burger spot, always on point. Kids love the Mac and cheese with bacon and peas and they have delicious shakes!! Friendly and clean, never disappoints.

The shake was delicious! But the veggie burger was inedible it’s a shame they didn’t put more attention to the recipe

Ordered the VRGR - patty wasn't amazing, but bean patties are kinda hit and miss. However the veggies on it were not evenly spread - I only had bean sprouts on half my burger, avocado on half my burger, and was at no point made aware that the $11 spent on a sandwich would not include any kind of side. I probably won't be visiting again. I find $11 for a sideless/drinkless sandwich a bit much, especially for the quality of food I received.

The food here is really good. Somewhat more expensive than it should be considering nothing is included with your burger. Clean with nice decor. Staff was friendly. Sit inside or outside.

I love the burgers here and the fries are also very tasty. When I go with my family we usually sit outside on the patio and enjoy the scenery and people watching. I always enjoy my experience at the BRGR in downtown KC.

The atmosphere here is fairly good.  They have a garage door that opens up to the patio seating area, the plus is an open air feeling; the minus is it allows the bugs to come inside. (I believe that they do their best to keep the restaurant clean and neat.)  The service was very good for lunch on Sunday.  The food is almost your standard "surf-n-turf" done Midwestern style (not much, if any "surf" food).  This part of the country the options for this type of establishment are burgers and chicken.  The mustard and ketchup where bottled and branded under the BRGR brand, thus it leads one to believe that it is made locally (I was not able to find out if this is the case).  Overall, I enjoyed the "Blackbird" sandwich and the fries. I recommend this establishment for a return trip and would like to try it for dinner next time.

Good food, with some delicious innovations. Several versions of burgers, each compelling so I have reasons to return.

Today I tried the Haddock sandwich, which was good, but it came with cheddar cheese. It was noted on the menu but I forget to request that it be prepared without cheese.

We also enjoyed sides of fries and onion rings, also well prepared and served.

Used to love this place, not the same experience I've grown accustomed to tonight. Could've swore I was invisible, once I was finally able to place a take out order it was put in wrong. I didn't notice until I got home. Food wasn't that great, certainly not worth the $26+ ($30 with tip) for 1 entree and a side.

I spoke highly of this place quite regularly just months ago. No more, With so many incredible options out there, I'm afraid I will not be back.

Update: After going back this last time (April 2017), the service is quite terrible and everything is so inefficient. The food is still fantastic though, so you'll need to decide if it's worth it. They allow you to put your name in and they'll text you when your table is ready. This causes issues because when it's a long wait, people leave and so although there are plenty of open tables, they don't seat people there because I'm assuming the tables are supposed to go to someone on the waiting list. Once we finally did sit down, the waiter wasn't very quick to take our order or refill our drinks, and he even charged us for a soda refill we bought at the bar while waiting.

Old review: It's a tad bit pricey for a burger joint, but the quality is a lot better than the other fast food places. The food is always delicious, and the service is great. I've been here several times, and keep going back.

Great food, good service. Had a little trouble with my order but once I mentioned it, they corrected it right away. I would highly recommend this place.

I eat here about 2x a month. Service is always great and excellent food choices. Burgers are off the chart. They have many choices besides burgers. Beer selection is huge. Unique decor and set up. A must try!
