Great place to buy a vehicle! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very open and honest salesman. Jason Burr was awesome and made the whole car buying experience a breeze. Will be back next time for next vehicle purchase.

They were very laid back, not pushy, like most of dealerships I have dealt with, recently. I had Austin Ball, but they all seem to work together as a team. They answered my questions, when they knew the answers, and found the answers when they didn't
Their show room floor is inside, so the vehicles are very clean, out of the wheather and sun. I think this is a lot more important than I realized a the moment.
The whole process was extremely smooth and painless. For me, the vehicle sold itself, but Austin was great, as well.
I will be recommending them, and give them first look for future vehicles.

My husband and I worked with Miles, and he was FANTASTIC. He was honest and very helpful. I don't believe we have ever laughed and smiled at any other dealership like we did here.
From beginning to end, Miles made it extremely easy. We live in Arlington and it would have been hard to get back to Dallas during the week with work and kids to pick up the car, so they had a gentlemen bring the car to us and take back our trade in. He called to let us know he was on his way, and also called as he was arriving to let us know. Who else would make it that easy? Miles then followed up to make sure we were taken care of and that we were happy. BBC Motorsports definitely goes above and beyond to make sure that your experience with them is comfortable and as easy as possible.
We absolutely enjoyed our experience with BBC Motorsports and will recommend them to everyone.response / report this review -

I cannot say more great things about BBC Motorsports! I purchased my first ever car from them, and it was the best experience!! I went to Clay Cooley the weekend before and have never felt so disrespected in my entire life. My experience at BBC Motorsports was a complete 180! I will be a life long customer and I encourage you to visit them if you're in the market for a vehicle. Also, I literally got THE BEST DEAL. Cut the dealerships out and visit BBC Motorsports!

My first car buying experience in the US; the bar has been set! The team at BBC Motorsports were all laid back, very friendly, and happy to let me browse and test drive in my own time. Randall helped fix me up with a truck, which was in great condition, as were all the vehicles I looked at. He made the whole process very easy and was always on hand if I had questions or needed more time to arrange financing. These guys are well worth a visit. Go check them out!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! The best experience I have ever had buying a car and I've purchased quite a few. Easy going laid back environment. Beautifully kept vehicles and the prices are outstanding. I will refer everyone I know to this dealership. Seriously y'all, they were amazing!!

Many car dealers will say they are looking out for you, all the while playing the typical car sales game. My experience at BBC Motorsports was unlike any other. They treat you like family, offer quality cars that have been thoroughly inspected, and are very transparent through the whole process. I can't say enough about Randall, Neil, and the whole team. This will definitely be the first (and hopefully only) place I will look for a car from now on.

My husband and I went to BBC Motorsports today to see if we could find him a new car. We showed up around noon and less than 3 hours later we traded in his truck (getting a great price too) and left with a beautiful new to us Cadillac. I have never experienced such an easy relaxed way to purchase a car. And it didn't take all day! Thank you guys! We will be back when I'm ready for a new one.

I recently purchased a car here and the people who work here were more than happy to help. We had multiple people there to greet us and show us around. BBC helped pick out a car that met our needs with things like gas milage and other capabilities. Need an affordable car with great service? This is the place to go. If you go, ask for Miles. He was more than willing to give you all you needed to know about the cars being observed.

I can not say enough how great my car purchase was from the time I texted Steve to see if they still had the car to the time I came in and test drove the car, no pressure what so ever from Steve or Miles. In fact Miles showed me how to operate all the details of the car and again no pressure. Then I spoke to Neal in Finance and he was so terrific! This place has super nice cars, the sales staff is incredible and I am so happy with my new car! I am single and I was hesitant about going by myself but I did and I felt like they looked out for me and I plan on purchasing my next car from them as well. Again, thank you to BBC Motorsports for making my car purchase be one of the easiest ones ever! -Angela

The likelihood of having a genuine and unblemished experience of excellent customer service in our day and age is, unfortunately, not a regular occurrence. In fact, when it does happen we are often so taken aback that we are not sure how to recognize and appreciate the experience. I have purchased four vehicles from BBC Motorsports through the years. They are, without a doubt, the best at what they do. They go above and beyond to make sure that every question is answered and that the customer is well informed and feels comfortable before they drive away. Even after the sale, they have been so accommodating to address any concerns we have had, and they do whatever they can to make us a happy and satisfied customer. Mission accomplished! BBC is my first stop when I am looking for a vehicle and I recommend them to everyone I know who is in the market for a car or truck. If they have what I am looking for, I’m buying! Thanks to Miles and his team for making the car buying experience a pleasant one, and restoring what it means to truly take care of their customers.
