Cool store with a weird ass SA experience. I was looking at a shirt and the guy came over and had the audacity to take it out of my hand and "jokingly" take it away from me. I don't get how that's funny?? But besides that moron it was a very nice storefront.

Really interestingly designed shop. But the sales people were useless. Do you have this in another size? What did you say? Not really the response you expect also it felt like I had asked too much of him to get 1 thing in a different size didn't feel like trying on anything else after that as I would have had to chase him around the shop to ask again even though they do have a lot of cool looking stuff not worth it.

there's this black dude(salesperson), he was so rude. I was holding a short and while waiting for my friend's call he came out of nowhere telling me to put that short back. why would you put them on display if customer can't carry them around the store. moreover, this guy was literally trying to start a fight with me, Duh! a salesperson? be on your level

Love walking into a Soho store, picking up merchandise only to hear the salesperson tell me to put it down (Murakami plush pillow), not because the pillow was part of an assemblage of pillows, but because the salesperson feared that I might get it dirty. Okay I wasn't dressed head to toe in Hermès, but, the salesperson didn't know that I am with enough money to buy their little store. So rude the personnel was. Put a damper in my day for a few hours. Cheap $260 pillow the guy was worried about. The audacity!!!

Really cool store. Nice cloathing. But had a bad experience. She told me I couldn't return the item if I bought cause it was final sale, which was all fair and the Reason I didn't come back with my shirt. But (and I know I sound stupid myself) I asked her TWICE "are you sure this shirt is for men and not a womens?". She replied "100%, it's for men."
When I came back to my hotel I googled the shirt; womens pics everywhere! :(response / report this review
