They had an excellent selection. There was plenty of stock on the floor. Sales reps were very helpful. The line moved quickly even though it was a very busy time of day at checkout. The prices are some of the best if not the best I've seen for clothing of this type anywhere in the city. They will definitely have me as a customer again then again.

This is one of the biggest Uniqlo stores.
They have three floors and a Starbucks on site.
Wide selection of clothes for everyone in the family.
The level where the special collections are, is very fun and cool.
    Good service and prices.
In general the quality of the clothes is great.

Uniqlo is one of my all time favorite clothing brands. And this enormous store in Manhattan rivals even the storefronts I stopped in on during my trip across Japan. Well cleaned, helpful staff, and an amazing product. If you want amazing clothes at an amazing price. Look no further. Especially if you're in from out of town Because you won't find an Uniqlo outlet store at your local mall.. at least not yet.

Well located store in an imposing building in the heart of new york. Excellent value for money. Organization into sections, sizes and sex, etc makes shopping a delight. Accepts all payment options. Staff are very professional in their conducts. Worth your time. No parking.

Good store. Big enough for good assorted clothing. For fitting rooms it is used the model of reusing common garments, so everything sold is not even open nor tested. At least in winter season, not much children availability.

Great place for well fitting slim styled clothing. Excellent attentive staff. Needs to put same styles closer together. Also, they should label which clothing they do not alter. Free and very quickly done alterations.

Came here just for the free photo booth on the second floor, next to the Starbucks. It was super cute, a great souvenir for tourists and locals alike! The store itself is the biggest Uniqlo and it's pretty easy to get lost honestly. If you're legit shopping, Uniqlo is Uniqlo, but if it's your first time, the store is a pretty cool experience. It has a futuristic design everything from PA announcements to mannequin displays

Huge Uniqlo location with a Starbucks inside! Great selection of clothes not available in smaller locations. As you enter you will see stairs leading up to the other floors, but there are elevators on either side of the entrance as well, easy to miss. If Uniqlo makes it, you will probably find it here at this location. Store was nice, clean and well organized.

Few years passed but I still remember my sad experience here. There was a down jacket I found under some sale sign. I thought it was a good deal so grabbed one from the several hanging there. Along with this, picked up many other items for something like 6 or 7 pieces total. Oh boy! Went to pay and the jacket price turned up higher than what the sign had said. I argued this was incorrect and walked one of the managers to the location where I found it. He pulls all the jackets and the signage off, and says that it is incorrect. I don't care as long as they honor what they were advertising there when I picked one up. No, they will not. I left empty handed, asking for the phone number to complain to. I left messages but nothing ever happened. Never shopped Uniqlo ever again.

Different and unique store; this is the Flagship store in NYC. Everything is shiny and neatly placed and the staff is super helpful.
Do visit all the areas of the store, because it is huge and it has a broad variety of clothes (not only their well-known jackets and coats).
Inside, you can also find a Starbucks coffee shop; with tables and seats available.

Great interior design including completeness of product layout. Store is a bit messy during rush hour which is understandable. Employees were very friendly when providing guidance to customers. The only problem I had was with the fitting room lady; she was very rude and gave out commands to customers who went in there. I hope she can do a reflection and change her attitude toward future customers.

Possible my mist favourite brand ever! And I love the store! Excellent excellent quality and clothes. The store could be a bit more organised. They have washrooms and a place to sit which is very good! There is also a Starbucks In the store.

This is the best Uniqlo that I have ever been to, hands-down. (Note: I have never been to a Uniqlo outside of North America) It's modern - full of glass, lights, and fun displays.

If you visit one Uniqlo in NYC, make it this one.

It has a full mezzanine floor of graphic tees for both men and women, and they get all of the special collections and designer collaborations. It even has its own Starbucks!

they also have tonnes of denim, basics, and "innerware" (underwear, pyjamas) if you're into that kind of thing. Prices are on the cheap side, especially when things are on sale, which is always.

I have to come here to get the cool stuff that my Philly store doesn't stock.
