Great deals on actual designer clothing (think 7k skirts available for 1k) but most people probably can't afford. And the place is usually completely torn apart like a tornado went through. Staff is generally pretty rude.

Lots of selection, good prices. Lots of people but the lines moved pretty fast. It's amazing how they have so many top brand designer items here for a fraction of the price that they usually go for. Smaller sizes though but amazing to view even if you don't buy anything.

I don't know if I went at a bad time but it was crowded and no salesperson was in sight and it wasn't a good experience. I think I'll go to another location next time. Century 21 stores are generally good places. Perhaps, it's just this one store that was lacking.

This store does not have good costumer service at all, cutting the story short, I went there to look for some stuff, forgot my jacket and informed the lost and found section about it, had to leave so I left my number there and they would call me if they found it, about 20 minutes later they call me saying that they have the jacket and asking if I can go and pick it up, so I went and when I got there they just didn't have it anymore because they thought it was a jean jacket from the store, they put it on a shelve for selling it and no one did actually helped me look for it, the jacket was a forever 21 wich they obviously do not sell at the store, they kinda of just stole it and didn't give me any support or helped me solve my problem. I DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend this store to anyone and if you go try not to lose any personal object, their costumer service sucks!

Now and then I find some good designer pieces there. The store is well located and has some very good discounts! Sometimes you have to wait a bit for the cashier because the place is crowded.

The Designer who yelled at my son, needs to get off his high horse and get a life. Other then that, you can dig out great deals but plan to spend some time looking. Cashiers also need to learn to handle money. My cashier could not figure out how much change she had to give back. Scary

Good place. Not too big, but with a lot of stuff (anyway not as much as bigger stores). Very good discounts! and a good selection of brands and quality choices. Important to mention that in middle of winter you can also get summer clothing (not a great variety, but you can get T-shirts, sandals and shorts). Besides clothing you can get accesories and some few toys or electronics.

Great shopping in a nice and quiet atmosphere. Hardly any tourists here and clothes well arranged in brands and shoes in sizes. You can make some serious bargains.

Over rated. I rather pay some more and get quality instead of the long search for something worth wearing. Remind me of the “Ross” places in Cali. Just much bigger, and with longer lines. It is OK, I used to love C21, now I only come here once a year.

It's crowded and the checkout lines are ridiculous. Then you'll inevitably set off the alarm when you leave the place because they are never able to fully remove the tags. Avoid it unless you know exactly what you're going in there for and can get out as quickly as possible.

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE fitting room associate on 2nd floor (women's fitting room). While I was trying on clothes, she opened my fitting room curtain without a knock or asking. I let it go the first time. then I shopped more, and decided to try on for the second round. I came back to the same fitting room, the same associate opening my curtain again without checking first. I just responded "again?! Seriously?!" And then she used a very sarcastic tone to apologize and kept saying she was not wrong for checking customers changing without knocking or checking first, because it's a full length curtain, she has to open it. I'm very VERY offended, totally destroyed my shopping mood. I Will never recommend this location to anyone or visit again. TRAIN YOUR ASSOCIATES FIRST.
