I agree with the woman answering the phone being unprofessional. Very short with you and didn't answer my question at all. They now recycle aluminum cans but pay 20 cents under what other places give.

I got a starter, the mechanic installed it and it didn't work. I went back and tried to get a refund and they said no. Terrible business. I just went and bought a remanufactored starter at autozone, worked perfectly.

I've been coming here for years, always had good selection at descent prices. However, they had called the place where I got my alternator tested and instructed them to tell me its a good part. Won't be going back, I didn't think they would lower their standards to get a part sold.

Woman answering the phone was extremely unprofessional. I asked a question and got hung-up on, so I just called back explained that the call had disconnected and asked my car question again, and once again the woman just hung-up on me again lol. I don't get it
