We loved working with Derrick from Napleton Valley Hyundai! The whole process was so smooth and low pressure which made us feel very comfortable. He was professional through the whole sales process and truly listened to our wants and needs in a vehicle. I am so glad we got a vehicle from Napleton’s but more importantly, I am glad we got our car from Derrick!! Easy 5 star rating because he truly deserves it. Thanks for everything!!

My experience at this dealership was outstanding!!! From the moment I walked in and even past the minute I walked out I was treated like family. I never felt pressured to buy anything. The entire visit was pleasant. The salesman Anthony was very friendly and wanted to make sure I found the right vehicle for me. Steve the Genesis Guru just knows everything there is to know about the brand. Sam Shalabi the GM went out of his way to make sure I was happy with whatever car I chose. He got me the exact car I wanted for the monthly payment I was looking for. I have purchased many vehicles and been to many different dealerships, they are not all the same. This one goes above and beyondI am very great full for the way me and my family we're treated that is why I drove right past another Hyundai dealership to come to this one. I bought my last 10 cars or so from Sam and will continue to do so. Thank you to everyone at Napeltons Valley Hyundai for the great service

John Smith was very professional, with a twist of great humor! He was very patient and understood our needs to be fulfilled before we left the dealership. We hope in 3 years that John Smith will still be working hard and providing his professionalism along with his humor at Napleton's Hyundai because we will be back to see him! Thank you John!

This place was not only beautiful, but had just the vehicle we were looking for. The process was easy to understand and their workers had some of the best customer service I've seen in a long while. Even though it was close to closing time they helped us without fault to truly find the car of our dreams. When considering an another new vehicle I would definitely return, even with the long drive from Indiana I believe it would be worth it to, for once, actually enjoy going to a dealership.

Buyer beware!! Very unpleasant experience. This dealership added extra warranties into my deal that was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Once I noticed these discrepancies, I had a very difficult time getting these items removed and refunded. Also the service department was a joke. I made multiple trips and waited over 2 months to get a replacement key. I finally got my second key from a different dealership. Worst car buying experience I ever had. I would encourage you to shop elsewhere.

This place is great, and the people are wonderful, they truly treat you like you are part of the team or family! They listen to your wants and needs and don't push you away with over the top pushy salesman like some dealerships do. Great experience and I would definitely recommend to anyone who's in the market for a new or used car!

I recently came here to buy a new car after my old one broke down. I was extremely happy with my experience here. The guy that helped me out , nick marsili, was very helpful by answering all my questions and explaining things that I didn't have much of a grasp on. He demonstrated superb customer service and seemed like a very reliable and genuine person that you can trust unlike many other car salesmen I have had to deal with in the past. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and excellent customer service. If you need any questions answered just ask for Nick!!

I made a call today to inquire about a used Hyundai Sonata they had on their lot because I owned one and recently totaled out the car in an accident. I really like the way the car handled and the MPG I got on the highway. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Amber and she was very helpful answering all of my questions that I had. She also sent me the link to car fax as one of my concerns was the maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle. I plan to stop in the dealer next week when I am back in town to look at the car. I would highly recommend Napleton Valley Hyundai as they always seem very knowledgeable and professional.

I was just thinking about Steve Cree this week. He helped me find my car way back when, and she's on her last wheels. It's time to buy another and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! When my last car was financially totaled in a hailstorm (really), I needed a new car fast. I wanted a specific car, dealer-driven, fully loaded, in a particular color and I only had 2 weeks to get it before the insurance company took my old car away. Steve searched all over the tri-state area until he found exactly what I wanted. I recommend if you are going here, ask for Steve !

As a young adult with not so good credit I needed a car and started my search. Terry helped me every bit of the way! He helped me get into a reliable car with everything I asked. I needed affordable payments, something good on gas, and reliable for living in the country. He did, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy it. Thank you!
