Craig had a list of the tires available & even though I purchased during their labor Day salethey were able to install the new tires in under an hour. I'm very happy with my new tires & ready to take on the winter months

I brought in my work van to buy a couple of tires and buy the warranty for all of the Tires. I spent hundreds of dollars. I picked up my van later in the day and the van was parked in the shadows. I never thought to look at the vehicle to see if there was damage. The next morning I noticed the bumper was scraped up pretty good and it was fresh. I came in the next morning to show Parker the store manager. They asked me to go get an estimate at a body shop and to bring it to the store. Parker took pictures of the bumper and the estimate. I received a letter in the mail from corporate saying none of there tools could have caused the damage. Why make me waste my time getting the estimate and coming back if they were not going to cover it anyways. I say pick another tire store since they are so dishonest. Your car could be the next victim. By the way the van wasn’t damaged by there tools it was damaged by them rubbing it over the curb. The body shop said it’s very common that this happens because of these low spoilers on the front bumper. I didn’t think they would be dishonest about it.

Excellent customer service from Parker and Chris and staff. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable team. I would definitely recommend the Romeoville location to friends and family.

They do tires, that is all. Seriously that is all so don't bother asking them to check anything else under the hood. TIRES!!!!!! Anyway look for coupons online for this place to make it worth it.

My tires had been losing air consistently for over a week so I brought it in to this location for a closer look. Without even analyzing my tires, one of the salesmen concluded my wheels were rusted and that I needed new wheels. He tried every tactic to persuade me into getting new wheels. My car is fairly new as well. I refused and argued for the rep to at least consider checking the tire for a hole. He finally agreed. After the salesman got busy with another customer I walked into the shop and had a word with the tire technician. I asked for his honest opinion on what's going on and after removing the tires it turns out I had a defective valve stem. The management here should rule out all possible outcomes before jumping to make sales. I won't be coming back here to discuss my tire problems.

Bought new continental tires for my car. From the beginning they rode like crappie. Went back to the tire shop, they ordered me new Yokohama tires and could not be happier. The guys that work their are very knowledgeable, and they are all about making you happy. Will definitely be buying my next set of tires there as well.
