I saw a truck that I was interested in so I text them and James helped me out. This was the first time I've ever bought frim a car lot and James walked me through everything and was very helpful. We will definitely go back for a car for my wife. Great people!

James was very helpful and considerate of my time. We picked a vehicle, James had some minor issues with the car repaired and called when it was ready. I was short on time and let him know in advance. He was able to get me in and out in 10 minutes. I appreciate James making the extra effort to make it quick and painless, the vehicle is good as well!

Great experience! very honest and upfront. I give them my most enthusiastic recommendation! They even shared what they paid and invested into the vehicle. I know exactly how much they made and felt it was a fair deal considering i bought a very popular vehicle. F150 in great shape for under $10K. Travis was fantastic. Absolutely no pressure. My only slight complaint was the truck was advertised to come with 2 keys. It did not and now i have to spend $200 more dollars at the Ford dealership.

Just bought a 17 ram 3500 from here. Had great service from James Downey helped us with everything we needed even after hours. I had left my garage door opener in my car I traded in so I called after hours and James made sure I received it that day. Amazing place and I would definitely recommend you speak to James when you're there. Great guys great service great vehicles both my dad's truck and mine came from here and we both love them comfortable experience felt no pressure at all buying here

What a great experience!! I found Auto Express on-line, after looking at several other dealerships and constantly being pressured, I was completely out of the mood to buy. However, I thought I would try one more place. I laid eyes on exactly what I was looking for. The CarFax was clearly on display as well as the keys in the seat. I started the truck, played with all of the bells and whistles and no one bothered me. When I was ready for a test drive, I was handed a plate and as I drove off in their truck they were looking at my truck for trade in.
It was the greatest no hassle no haggle experience I have ever had. From the time I pulled into their lot and drove off in my new truck it had only been one hour and 22 minutes. I was thrilled with the service and professionalism of my salesman Brian Stout! Keep on doing what your doing!!response / report this review -

This is the best auto buying experience I have found! Over the past several years we have purchased 5 vehicles here and our friends/family bought 4 more. They were all priced right, in great condition and the customer service was first rate. There were no hidden fees! Robby and James made the buying process effortless for us. We enjoyed our experience at Auto Express. I hate the haggling part of car shopping and this place made car buying stress free! We found exactly what we were looking for, for a great price, and were in our new car in a few short hours. James was super helpful and made everything a breeze! I highly recommend Auto Express, especially if car buying stresses you out like it does me.

Best car shopping experience ever!!! Even though it was a busy Saturday, they made us feel like our time was valuable. Curt was quite helpful and explained the entire process very well. No one was ever pushy and they let us make our decisions without any rush or pressure. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know!

The guys at Auto Express are AMAZING!!!! The best buying experience EVER!! I had the pleasure of working with Joe and he was awesome. I ran into a little problem when working with the bank it took a little longer then what we though Joe lend me a car to get to work that day and the next day i went back i was able to drive off the lot with my new car. I will be buying my vehicles here from here on out. Thanks Joe you are AWESOME!! :)

Excellent Buying Experience! I appreciate there no hassle selling approach. We test drove several different makes and models of vehicles from their vast inventory. We liked the staff and selection so much that instead of purchasing one vehicle we bought two! Jeremy was great to work with! Did price checking before purchasing and their prices are good deals! Highly recommend them!
