Amazing Irish bar with Live Music. The beer and food was excellent. We tried the wings in the special sauce and buffalo, excellent. Then we had the stew and mashed potatoes and a chicken sandwich. The food was amazing and our server was excellent. Highly r commended.

People come for the history and stay for the cuisine! Nine Irish has been a staple of the Greater Lafayette Community for years. The original location in West Lafayette offers a fun and authentic-feeling atmosphere, like you were just transported to an old Irish pub. The food is tasty, with a traditional Ireland fair feel. It's always rewarding to see the owner Jerry in the restaurant at every visit. It shows that he cares about his pub and his patrons. Be prepared for a fun and lively crowd at this West Lafayette location. For a more open and quiet ambience, with the same great food, try the Nine Irish on the East side in Lafayette.

This is the best bar in town. Has live Irish music on Friday's and Saturday's, delicious Irish cuisine. The owner makes sure to entertain the customers himself and the stuff is super friendly and polite, always with a huge smile on their face ready to assist you.
    Thumbs up for Alex

Good atmosphere great whiskey selection. I heard about their go to items. Which from fellow companions are top notch. However I went off script and tried mussels which weren't the best but the sauce for them was really exceptional. Recommend anyone in town who's not been before to give it a try.

Service and food was very good. Much more than fried on appetizers menu-nice. Beer flights and authentic Irish brands. Owner researched in Ireland to bring original Irish pub to Lafayette. It's cozy, personal feel is result. Outdoor dining is very nice.

I've been wanting to visit, but I never had time. I finally did!! Worth the wait & delicious food Especially the service My service went above and beyond. She offered the best food that is best to take home & it not escape its container. (Shepherds Pie) & the Best Dessert that goes in a sealed soup container (Sweet Irish Whiskey is delicious BTW) My husband deserves to have a fabulous dinner too after a long in the factory and I have to eat alone. But at Nine Irish Brother's, it's family!!☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️

A cool little pub right by the college. They pride themselves on whiskey which they have on tap. They could have a better beer selection. The food is fantastic. Being next to the college makes the crowd loud and rowdy.

Overall: Great Irish pub with some good eats and good vibes.

The good: Lots of good beer options, and I particularly like that they give a lot of Guinness combos on the menu itself, with a description of the drink. They make a great black and blue. The food is also great, whether it be salads, apps, or dinners. The potato skins and Irish nachos are delicious. Service is friendly, the the atmosphere is awesome when it comes to Irish flair.

The not-so-good: Service was slow at times. Otherwise not too much! Maybe a tad pricey for what it is.

    Atmosphere: 9/10
    Service: 9/10
    Food: 8/10

Amazing food. Guinness straight from Ireland (as opposed to the Canadian plant). Live music on weekends. Fast and friendly service.

Fish and chips were pretty good for the middle of the Indiana. Other food was a bit dry but overall not bad. Great decor and bar area.

Friendly people, great food, and a good beer selection. All with the atmosphere you want in an Irish pub. Service was top-notch too, really enjoyed our visit.

Honestly one of the best dining experiences I've had. Amazing music, wonderful food, and divine beer. I highly recommend this place. Whether you're Irish or not, you'll be walking out with a jig in your swagger and high hearts.

Steak is the best Sirloin I've had for the money/ratio, I think the mashed potatoes make it. Fish is always good, pub chips are great. Specials are good. Best pour of Guiness you can get, I didn't like the stuff till I got one here! Nice selection of everything, service is good at either location. I enjoy the live music. Nice "date night" place. Irish Coffee very good.
