Me any my family came Easter weekend we do every year there was 10 in our group and while in the wave pool area in the Cabana section we we're walking to the side to get some pool towels from the small shop when doing so my husband step in human feces. A bit surprised to what he stepped in he lifted up his foot I told him to stay at our table while I went to get a worker didn't want to spread or make it into a big deal. But after finding someone not only were they kinda talking about who was going to do the job to come handle cleaning up the situation we were never offered a wet rag or anything to clean his foot but the worker talking about how this was not the worst thing they have seen there I felt as if it was not handled the best it could have been and we understand being in this business you probably do see a lot but just to have offered something he could of cleaned off his foot with would of made it much better I had to run to the restroom to get him tissue paper

This is a great and fun resort! we brought our whole family and had a great time. We rented a 4 bedroom cabin that had a cool media room. It was spacious and had a great kitchen and eating area. The resort has fun slides and water park areas for all ages of kids. I recommend this park.

This place even when crowded will be relaxing. Ample pool space in their three indoor water parks, two arcades with fun games, a ropes course, mini golf, go carts You'll always have something to do on site. The rooms are spacious and clean. Their towel policy for the pools makes sense, but adds a little worry to using them. If they get swiped, you'll be out 25 dollars per towel We avoided using their towels Otherwise, not a complaint. You'll have a good time.

The individual indoor water parks are way too crowded during peek times to be fun. The lifeguards are doing nothing to protect the young kids from the rambunctious teens+ to make this safe!!! The staff is very passive when it comes to doing their job (the exception would be the wave pool and only the wave pool). My 5 year old child has been knocked over several times and literally steeped on! Not interested at all nor looking forward to the rest of our stay!!! This is only the first hour of our stay!

We were also informed at the time of check in that the Wild West indoor water park is closed through midweek. We were sold on this resort by the representative for the water park rides at the Wild West and not informed of the closure. My son is not enjoying the other parks as much and keeps asking to go to the Wild West indoor park! For all the times we have traveled to the Dells, this has been a big disappointment!

We have tried a few of the activities: tie dye, pottery, arcade. What is up with the staff? They will go through the motions but look like they are not enjoying the job. Makes the experience less enjoyable for our family. When your 5 year old notices then there is a big problem here!

On day one my son lost his (not so cheep) swim goggles in the lazy river. We asked about the resorts lost in found and was told the location and it could be the next day before they could show up. On our second day we made our way to the lost in found. We asked about our lost goggles and were shown what was turned in. His goggles were not among the group. Then the representative told us to just take a pair! What? Does that mean ours could have been given away? Unbelievable!!! Again we are not impressed by this establishment nor it's personal!

We stayed at the Glacier Lodge and it was not clean. The place was packed and the staff was rude. The maid walked in our room on our daughter. They need to get better staff and customer service. You pay good money for the service. The Kalahari was a much better decision last time we went. The hotel was cold and walking in the hallways was very unpleasant.

Good time staff is very courteous and helpful. A room was very clean. We were able to observe the staff cleaning other rooms and they were very methodical and and spent a lot of time in each room.
Shuttle worked out for us very nicely.
Fun passes not that great and we made the mistake of unlimited. Our grandsons friend 11 years old was too short for most of the rides. Wish we had known this before we bought the pass it is very expensive and useless to us. All in all a very good stay.

Had some good family time here! I think for the enormous size of this place they do a very good job. I would differently give the lifeguard staff at the wave pool absolutely 5+ stars!!!!! Very professional! Several times the emergency stop button needed to be pressed to ensure the safety of a young child as one of them jumped in to take care of the situation. Very impressed indeed! Excellent job!

Everything was very nice and the rooms were huge. The entire place is massive, it's a Wisconsin wonder. I would definitely go back but bring better shoes for walking. Also I suggest you be ready to pay because they are a theme park more than a hotel and everything costs. I don't blame them for it but even the lockers by the pool are $8 minimum My wife and I enjoyed ourselves thoroughly though.

Had an amazing time at this place, it has amazing three outdoor water parks, one infinity pool, 4 indoor water parks, arcade sections, go kart and many restaurants. I loved the Klondike pizza it was amazing, the cheese on the pizza tasted so good which made sense since we were in Wisconsin. All the rides, slides and water park stuff is amazing - I would suggest trying out the Hurricane ride, space loop ride (lost world water park) and the black hole ride which is a single tube ride. These are the best rides in the park. The fact that the parks are only open to guests makes it even better since we don't have to wait in long lines though the top three I mentioned can take a while to get into. Overall I loved this place and will surely consider visiting again.

Stay Somewhere Else!!! First off, the water park(s) were nice, but that was the only good thing. The room was WET. The walls, the beds, the floor felt like walking on a sponge. I have serious mold/health concerns about the interior accommodations. Management/Maintenance basically told us they could do nothing about it. The food was under-cooked, sub-par, and again health questions about prep. etc. You have many other options in the Dells. For the health and well-being of your family: choose another.

This place was awesome! My family had so much fun! The hotel room was clean, the water parks were also very clean. The water parks seemed endless. We just kept jumping from one park to the next.

When we were watered out we hit up the amazing 3D indoor mini golf which was a highlight of the trip for the wife and I.

We ate the breakfast buffet at the Wild Canyon Cafe all three days and the food was great.

Last but not least the staff at this place were AWESOME! Every staff member was so polite and respectful. These staff members were dedicated to making sure my family enjoyed every second of our experience while ensuring that my kids were safe in the water. I hope this message gets back to those awesome employees. Keep up the good work.you guys rock!

We really enjoyed how the staff members name tags showed which country of origin the employee was from. This spun interest in my 8 year old who thought it was so cool that someone from another country talked with him.

I can't say enough about this resort. It was not the cheapest place to go but worth every dollar.

The only down fall was I forgot to put sunscreen on myself. Sunburn to the extreme.

We just came back today and I wanted to make sure that the memory is as fresh as possible. The waterparks are great, the kids had so much fun, it was a blast to just watch them having a great time. The "Survivor" restaurant had great food and a very friendly staff, even the prices weren't that bad. The "Wild Canyon Cafe" was a terrible experience. The buffet is priced at $19.99 per adult and I would say that it is worth about $5. Most of the items looked like those had been under the heat lamp for hours. The room was nice, spacious and clean. Too bad that the people upstairs were loud, but oh well. Some of the younger staff was walking the short cut through our building and would make walking down the stairs for us hard. They spread out and were simply rude. I believe that most there are on some sort of exchange program. We'll go to the Dells again, it is beautiful there! Not sure if we shall go to the Wilderness Resort, or rather try a different place there.

Stayed at this hotel with my daughter's basketball team. The rooms were clean and the water parks were great! The staff is super accommodating! Two of the dad's on the trip (named Bob and Tom) wanted to plan a Father-Father Dance at the last second - the hostess dropped everything she was doing and helped them book a banquet room. Bob and Tom were the only people who attended the dance - but they said it was a blast!!
