Do not park or stay at this hotel! My car ($80,000) was stolen a day before Thanksgiving! Security claims they didn’t see anything, no cameras were working in the parking lot or at the entry gate and the gate was broken. My car was the only one taken. I feel this was a inside job. What’s the point of charging your customers to park and your basic measures or security aren’t working!?? They had no compassion nor did they want to take any responsibility for my loss. They told me we have signs posted saying we aren’t at fault for theft. That’s fine but what about not having any security systems working? How can you not take responsibility to some extent? I’m from Atlanta and have family there as well, so I know crime is high, but how can a car drive out with no video evidence or nothing? Oh yeah the gate was back operable that morning after my car was stolen go figure. And my vehicle still hasn’t been recovered.

If anybody out there is looking for good deals for hotel rooms go to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ made a reservation for a resort on there and these guys had the lowest prices anywhere!

Love this hotel and want to thank Jayson for the upgrade and the points he made me feel at home and also he truly cares about his guests.

Magnificent! This hotel was perfect, from the entrance to the exit. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast. I wanted to take the bedroom and bathroom home with me, they were beautiful. I definitely will stay here again, very soon. Thx

I've attended many events at this location. It's always been a great place. Location is perfect, facility is five star and the staff is amazing. Can't think of anything that I'd change.

This bar cannot handle large crowds which is ridiculous given it's a hotel located next door to the busiest airport in the world. The bartenders are RUDE. The drinks are just okay considering the price. I watched a bartender continue to serve a drunk and belligerent patron until another patron complained and asked for security. The bartender then fixed him a to go cup of wine and coached him on an appropriate tip for his bill to give before sending him away. Irresponsible and reprehensible. Meanwhile same bartender was RUDE TO all other patrons and disappeared for periods of time in the hour block we were at the bar. We had one drink and left to our rooms due to the poor service.

I enjoyed the customer service and amenities. The food & drinks are really good at the bar. The conference rooms are very nice. The hotel room was very nice, especially the bathroom setup. Great hotel!

Jay was very helpful in getting me and my party booked and comfortable.
The morning buffet is delicious with made to order omelettes and banana fosters French toast. Robin gave us excellent service each morning.
Looking forward to staying here for my next ATL visit.

Super clean and very modern. The bed was super comfy, and the sheets were crisp. The ladies at the front desk were super nice. I did notice that the restaurant/bar was packed and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. I had to get up early so I went to bed, but would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Very nice. Clean, modern rooms; nice bar and a bourbon bar as well; food is very tasty and the bar Servers-Monica and Renika-were a treat!

The only issue: the walls are thin. I could hear my neighbor breathing during the night--not snoring just breathing. Not a big deal, I know.

They've done some renovations since I was here last, and it's very nice! The rooms have a modern feel. Comfortable beds, comfortable space. There's a nice sized gym and the restaurant is good. It's a very pleasant stay!

Enjoyed my time there with my brothers and sisters. Beds were so comfortable. Slept like a baby. Needed more space to store clothes. Dining area served great food. I was not disappointed at all with that. Southern fried chicken was great!

Stayed for a convention, the rooms are very modern and clean. There's a pool and gym. Even two restaurants and a Starbucks. I really enjoyed the convenient location and the shuttle service to the airport. The price for everything is reasonable for the area. It's really in College Park but you are less than 30 minutes away from downtown Atlanta.

Great hotel, simple clean rooms. Shuttle to airport dropped of right at the curb and was on time. Would absolutely stay again. Sushi in the restaurant downstairs is a different story.

I am only rating it a 2 star because they make you pay for everything. Parking is $18 a night for guests. But if you have the money to spend you will enjoy it. It's a nice, classy, upscale hotel

I made reservations with this Marriott four months Ahead of time for my daughter dance competition. I had a discount for the rooms that were $59 a night. My brother-in-law is an employee for Marriott and got me this discount. Upon arrival I showed them the paperwork reservations confirmation number also his employee ID card but because my brother-in-law was not present they would not validate it. I ended up paying $179 a night. With a $50 dollar deposit! If I had not been able to get the friends and family discount I would've paid 600 and something dollars a night. It was very embarrassing and I was very disappointed. The beds were very uncomfortable in the pillows had zippers on them that cut you during the night. The sink didn't work also the air vent in the bathroom didn't work. I will never stay at this Marriott again..
