This place was beyond perfect. We were a group of 7 and we loved the location, close to everything! The pools were just right for what we wanted. The house was well cared for and beds comfortable. There were staff on site at all times, however they did not "bother" us. They were readily available to answer questions and book tours for us. The Christmas decorations were an added bonus! We created many memories during our stay and we will definitely be back and stay here again.

@Home in Key West is a rental agency and I found their service quite good. Their app works very well.

The unit it my family amd I stayed at was in the Coral Suite. The unit was excellent, very roomy and clean. Only have a few small things that could have improved our stay. First, it would have been nice to have access to a grill and secondly we were only given 1 pool key which at times was inconvenient. The pool key also is used to open the gate to leave the property if you wish to go cycling or a walk. With four adults the one key proved to be inconvenient.

The only other comment is that unit 21, where we stayed, is close to US 1 and the traffic noises could bother some people although it didn’t particularly cause us any problems.

All in all I have to say it was an enjoyable Thanksgiving for our family and we would recommend it to others and we would return..

Stayed at Tranquility Nov 5-10, 2017. Clean, comfortable and great location. Pool (shared) was great and we used it more than we thought. Space was tight around it but we still lounged in sun/shade without any problems. Hung out on both the back and front porches. Wlaking distance to most everything and rented bikes again using more than we thought (never drove the car once we were on the island). A great stay. Others in the cottages around us were repeat visitors and several inquired about the Tranquility property.

Tranquility is such an appropriate name for this setting. The cottage is well kept, comfortable, clean and fairly central to attractions on the island. We were there just shortly after the island reopened followed hurricane Irma, and the staff had done an excellent job preparing the property for guests. We arrived late in the evening, and checkin, as well as an early morning checkout was super easy and convenient. Highly recommend this rental company and property. Great value!

I asked for a copy of my executed lease after Hurricane Irma for FEMA (my landlord, whose address I for have but is on FB Saturday he never received it). There was no communication from anyone there to any tenant until today. They were busy behind tourists to rent though for "the season."

And in a federally declared disaster zone, while displaced from my home for weeks. Instead of the lease, they sent a bill for damages I wasn't responsible for and were obnoxious about being challenged for doing that. For example, I never put drain cleaner in the 17 year old garbage disposal. It was older than my son, barely worked and died. I did nothing to it m Never. I used drain cleaner in the sink, once. As the label directed. I didn't do anything to that disposal. But I'm expected to pay for it immediately, even though we're still not back on the islands because it's a federal disaster site.

I haven't even gotten back to assess the house that had no hurricane protection at all (shutters) or the damage done, but someone is taking photos right now because this office is the lowest of the low.

I'm letting the lawyer who found all the illegalities in the lease loose on them tomorrow (they literally make tenants responsible for things no one should be, and despite storms and you can only ever in your life post favorable things about them on social media because of the non-disparagement clause) and I'm calling a friend who's an executive producer at CNN. I'm the widow of soldier who died saving 11 Navy troops overseas raising our disabled child alone. We'll be great on tv. They want a fight? They have one.

Let's see how beating me a single working mom and using extortion during the aftermath of a federal disaster before I even know if we have home left plays with them, locally and nationally and with everyone in Florida.

Please avoid them. The other reviews? You're forced to be positive. It's in the lease.

The Tranquility College was more than splendid because we felt right at home in the comfortable furnishings. The area was excellent and within walking distance of most all major venues and restaurants. The bed was amazingly soft and after a day of dolphin viewing and snorkeling, I slept like a baby, literally. The balcony upstairs and the lovely pool are a great addition for further relaxation. Finally, the beach motif of the decor and vibrant colors of the paints all blended in with the tropical environment which I enjoyed including the humidity - I felt alive in Key West and staying in Unit 5 of the Tranquility cottages was a perfect experience. I plan on returning next summer and am confident, the residents of Key West will recover from the hurricanes. God Bless Key West!

The At Home in Key West staff helped make our stay the best vacation we have EVER had! They took the time to promptly respond to all of our initial questions and helped us determine the unit that would best match what we were looking for. The condominium could not have been better as it was equipped with everything we needed, had a wonderful patio and was just steps away from the pool. In addition, the location provided a tranquil atmosphere yet was close to Mallory Square and Duval Street. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for everything!

We stayed in the Amelia house and it was everything we asked for and more! I love that they have an app that contained everything from weather conditions to the wireless code. The price was very reasonable which was the first thing that drew me to them. I had forgotten to inform them we needed the twin beds converted to a queen and they had housekeeping come that first day I called to make the change. We were also VERY LOUD and obnoxious that first night and they politely called us the next morning to let us know about the 10pm quiet curfew and that police could have been called if the neighbors had decided to. This was quite easily the BEST vacation we had thanks to all the easy access to info they provided us with up front.

I have rented from At Home in Key West for the past 6 months and every time I've had an issue or needed something fixed, it always gets done in a timely manner and with ease. They are always prompt to respond and if they can't fix it, they will find someone else that can get the job done. Mary and Sharon are super friendly and easy to work with and stay on top of your needs. I highly recommend a long term rental or any rental from them!

We stayed at a great little townhome in the "Shipyards" area of Truman Annex via At Home Key West for a ladies' trip. It was a great little house, very roomy, clean, and well decorated. Lots of homey touches, plenty of towels & sheets. However, the AC was deplorable the whole time, and really didn't do a great job of cooling the home. Upstairs was very hot even at night. We didn't want to disrupt the trip by calling anyone out so we didn't report it - to be fair. However it was very uncomfortable! Location wise it was perfect. Right down the street from everything!

Thanks to At Home in Key West for a great stay. The cottage at the Colony was close to everything and super clean, which is a huge plus. I had a month's rental and the staff was always available to answer questions and help me in a variety of ways. I highly recommend their properties and their service.

The property was very nice, very comfortable, and very clean. I would give 5 starts but there were two problems:

1) All the bedrooms face the highway so it is very noisy, on the map when I checked the property, an icon showed a inside property within the complex but it is not.

2) On couple e-mails I got from the management company it said that early check-in is available upon availability. I tried twice and the immediate response was NO, the check-in is at 4:00PM. They didn't try to see if it is possible.

Best experience ever! First time in Key West. We were there for our son's wedding. The Amelia Home was the GREATEST! Clean, pool was awesome,kitchen well stocked, bedrooms large, and bathrooms well kept! Theresa and Samantha were very friendly and helpful! Noise was not an issue. Highly recommend!
