I like shopping here for men's clothing and accessories. They have a very good selection of most clothing needs, good color assortment and many sizes. Fitting room are usually clean and uncluttered. Floor staff is helpful, i like the quick check out compared to some similar stores.

Went here yesterday to pick up some clothes for our daughter. When she came home from work we found out that they were the wrong size. We went back today to get the right size. The young lady, Samantha, at Customer Service was quite pleasant and not only exchanged the items she also ordered 2 items that this store didn't have in the size we needed.
When my wife went to look for either tights or leggings for our daughter she helped us with the proper size and type.
This was a most pleasant experience. We will definitely be back here when we are visiting next.response / report this review -

Kohl's! This Kohl's is the Best Kohl's in all of Duval County and it has everything to do with the personnel, their pride in the quality of product they sale and the vast quantity of product in every age group from infant to elder. Every department has a clearance rack and always make certain you bring with you your cell phone with the Kohl's app as well as the coupons you have received in snail mail. With that you can potentially have hundreds of dollars knocked off your bill and walk away with bags and bags and Kohl's cash for your next visit. But it is not only about "clearance" it is about unique items that send off a special spark for someone specific in your heart. Kohl's, my favorite family store.

I always enjoy shopping at all of the Kohls stores, especially the one on Atlantic Blvd and Old St Augustine Rd. I'm usually able to find my size bras at these locations that I can't find any other stores.

Great selection of merchandise but the employees make the shipping experience less enjoyable. my mindset, if you don't appreciate your job - please don't work there!! You ruin it for the customers!!

Great when you have coupons and discounts on top of "sale" prices. Large variety of more than just clothes. Don't waste time on their toy section when there is a bigger department store down the parking lot.

I would love to give this a higher rating. A decade ago I really enjoyed shopping this chain.
No more. The quality of clothing is horrible now. I still have tees from a decade ago I still wear and enjoy. I could not find anything other than a 80% discounted wallet that I wanted to take a chance on.response / report this review -

LOVE KOHL'S @ ATLANTIC BLVD & KERNAN! THEIR STAFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & FRIENDLY. MY FAVORITE THING ABOUT KOHL'S IS THAT I ALWAYS SAVE MORE MONEY THAN I SPEND! VS OTHER STORES! I'VE SHOPPED OTHER KOHL'S ON OTHER STATES BUT THIS PARTICULAR STORE IS MY VERY FAVORITE!!!!_

I went into the men's aisle to buy pants it was a complete and total mess period every single rack had jumbled clothing. I came in to buy 5 pairs of pants period left with none. 10 minutes of frustration I will never do again
