I needed to mail something to Latvia and this place was recommended. I received a friendly greeting when I walked in and the guy at the counter was very helpful and informative. He had charts ready and explained how the shipping process works and why insurance/tracking isnt available on some options. Great experience and I would use them again.

Our post office is 7 miles away, so if I need to get something in the mail after our Condo mail pickup, Snap to ship accepts it and gets it into the mail that day, very cordially.
I also send a number of overnight packages and letters and am very glad to wait in line for a couple of customers to finish because of the convenience and professionalism.
The owners and their closing employee always give me several options on the least expensive delivery options and I use the business almost exclusively.

They will not let you make prepaid USPS returns from this location. Apparently they don't want to share the materials.

Skip This place. A rip off for sure. I just went in to mail a package and purchase stamps for my Christmas cards. The normal price for Stamps is 47 cents and a book is $9.40. I was charged $11.50 for the book and needed a few extra, for the additional 7 stamps I was charged 75 cents each!! Outrageous behavior on the part of this owner. What should have cost $12.69 cost $16.75. A nominal fee for convenience maybe but $4.00??? He should be ashamed. AND it should be posted or the customer told about the surcharge so you can make a decision as to whether you want to pay that price. Mistake on my part for not asking. Only recourse is to never go to this place again and make sure I tell everyone I know not to use this place.So disappointed and upset. I would have given no stars but you must select a star for comment to post.

You know, these days some places act like they are being inconvenienced by your very presence, but not Snap2Ship! The staff was friendly, cordial, APPRECIATIVE, and very happy for me to be there as a customer.
I live in St Augustine but since they were so friendly I will come back as a customer when on routine business in Jacksonville. REAL people serving their customers with servant's hearts and true customer service too!response / report this review -

Family owned shop. They are loving and caring. Awesome energy inside this store. Not like corporations style. We need more of these local people believing we can be local again
