I went to Phillip for my first tattoo a commemoration of the 25th anniversary of my wife's and my first date. He did a GREAT job. He had estimated that it would take 3 hours, but he had it done from walking in to walking out in half that time. I forget why, but I didn't have the money for his tip that day, and was so thrilled with the work he did that I brought the tip a few days later. I highly, highly recommend Phillip!

I got a tattoo for my 18th birthday and they were so helpful, friendly, funny and made me feel so comfortable considering it was my first tattoo. I got carpe diem on my forearm and I'm so in love with how it came out, so simple yet so beautiful. Phill did the work and he is so talented and I was very lucky to get him for my first tattoo. Definitely recommend him and Gunner who is also really talented. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I've used your shop before and had an absolutely amazing experience. I have 9 tattoos and couldn't wait to get my next one in your shop because it's always been that great. That was not the case this time. The young lady handling the front spoke to us like we were 5 years old. Of course this started after every other employee there walked out to the front outside. She was Preaching about where we should and should not get tattoos because, and these are her words, "if you ever lose your job and have to go work at McDonalds they will not hire you and I don't want your future in my hands". - flipping burgers has never been a goal of mine so I'm pretty good on that note- Along with tons of other unnecessary comments. We obviously both have tattoos and are well aware of both the positives and negatives and don't need someone literally preaching to us. Not exactly what you expect to deal with when you walk into a parlor. One guy waiting to be seen actually said he hopes he wasn't that rude when he was that young!

#1. My future is none of your concern.
#2. We are both probably a good 8-10 years older than your receptionist (she was discussing her age when we walked in) so to speak to us in such condescending tones in ridiculous.
#3. Shop policy is totally fine. We understand and respect that. However, the way she delivered her message was beyond rude. There were 2 other customers in the shop who made comments about her horrible attitude towards us.

A simple "Im sorry, it's our shop policy not to place tattoos on the hands (this particular tattoo was so small it was unreal!) unless you have a sleeve already". The 15 minute lecture about that and other stuff that was none of her business and didn't even involve tattooing made her look not only unprofessional but the other customers also said immature. The other woman in the shop commented on how offended she was because she has an awesome respectable job and has 7 tattoos herself.

Will no longer recommend to people moving forward. Which is sad, because I've always bragged about this shop and it's professionalism and how great everyone was.

Don is phenomenal! Best work I've had done in 16 years and across 12 states. Mary Lou was a little fireball but definitely added a pleasant sarcasm to the shop. These guys will definitely be doing all of my work from now on.

I've known the people who work here for a few years now, and they've all been amazing neighbors. So when I decided to get my first tattoo I knew where I was going. From start to finish the entire staff was awesome. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a tattoo and I wouldn't recommend anyone go anywhere else.

My boyfriend and I went to get "his and hers " tattoos on a Saturday evening, no appointment. They were able to fit us in, took the picture we had and brought back a design that was 100× better! Don did an amazing job! I figured we would be there for awhile that was not the case, everyone there was beyond nice an treated us like we were the only customers at the time, and there was a full house. We will definitely be back for more!

I went in with 4 other women to get tattoos. Four of us got two tats. Everyone was saying that I had a slow artist. That they had been finished. My view is I would rather have a slow artist who does my tat right than some idiot throwing some paint in my skin. Turns out the guy hasn't been into it that long. But guess what..he took his time and my tats look great. I would definitely refer other people to him. By the way thanks Gunner you did a great job.
